Great board & Great Customer Service
I ordered this board 5 years ago and have taken it on annual beach trips. It's a great board. During last year's trip, the pink material began to peel in an area. I contacted the company and even though the board was 5 years old (beyond warranty), they agreed to let me purchase a new board at a discounted rate. Since I really liked the initial product, this was a big win. I ordered the new board and the company refunded the discounted rate to my Amazon account. They truly stand behind their product and their customer service was excellent.

Great board, quality, customer experience!!!!
Hadn't body boarded in 20 years & all the reviews gave this board a high mark esp. for beginners & intermediatesLike a typical guy, I didn't plan ahead & had to purchase this on a 1-day ship so I can have it for my weekend trip to the beach the next day.Was a little nervous from reading the reviews that there were some dents, dings or poor fabrication. Here to say that NONE of that was on my board!Item arrived as promised AMZ on a Friday afternoon in a in big flat box.Inspected it & no scratches, dings or break.Leash was well packaged at bottom of the board; which was all wrapped in plastic from top to bottom.I didn't get the instructions email but a quick seller contact email from me & Blair - who I think is the owner - sent the instructions right away & I as all set for my next day beach trip.I'm a 195 lbs male so I got the 42" board & it was great & stable in the water. All in all - I think if people who got defective boards & gave bad reviews, it's usually because AMZ shipping's poor picking/packing & bad glue from the factory is just bad luck. The seller warrants this for 1 year in an almost APPLE like way so buyers have no fear & shouldn't ding them on stuff that's outside their control.Send an email to the seller & get it resolved.Overall a great experience & product!

Both boards were damaged
Bought for Christmas to satisfy my little surfer’s big surfing dreams (he’s just 5 and thinks he’s ready to surf pipe, but didn’t tell me he wanted a board until 12/22!!!)! It arrived Christmas Eve, I wrapped it in the box, he opened it and we put it back in the box for safe keeping. Opened it the other day while getting our pool/ beach stuff ready and found a hole in the top of the board and nicks in the bottom. Called Amazon, past return date, of course, and they tried to get in touch with the vendor for a good half hour. Now I have a not happy boy because the board isn’t going to last until July 4th with the damage.Update: the board I ordered for my other son, also a Christmas order, came apart at the beach today.I ordered 2 board total for Christmas and both didn’t make it a full summer. Company made good on the first board, hoping they will again.

Terrific ride
I am 71 years old, 5' tall, weigh 150 lbs. I originally bought the 41" board, but found it was too tall for me, so I bought a 37" board and took it out yesterday. It is so much easier for me to handle. I caught two really good, long rides (which is more than on the 41" board). Please keep in mind that I am a first time rider and just learning. It does take a certain technique, and after watching YouTube before I went yesterday, and having a slightly shorter board.....I had loads of fun and was thrilled with the long rides. My daughter is in her 30's and used the 41" board. She did great. She is 5'4", weighs about 150 lbs. Thank you for the delightful day with my daughter. I highly recommend these boards. They are well made and withstand my crazy riding styles while learning.

Best purchase, Storm board held up, Wave board wore out some
I received the items on time and the boards arrived in perfect condition with instructions. We are back from our trip and both my kids used the boards for 2 full days at the beach non-stop. Even when they stopped to rest, my husband and I used them. It took a couple of times to get use to how handle and get the feel for the board, but once we did we enjoyed them just as much as the kids.I would give a 5 🌟, but not sure if the ware of the 2 days at beach, slamming of the waves, riding them may have caused the ware on the blue wave board. The green storm board held out untouched. I do believe this is a higher quality board compared to others I saw on the beach and definitely priced accordingly. Most importantly, we had fun and we're definitely worth the purchase. Didn't take many pictures because we were in the water using or watching the boards being used. If the ware is typical then 5 🌟.Would definitely recommend to anyone. If someone out there knows what the next step board would be for a board one can ride kneeling down please share.

We loved it
Purchased one of these 41'' Body-boards when I was heading to Florida on a mini vacation. It was a fantastic idea! In addition, my SO and I purchased a body-board from Wal-mart. Naturally the Wal-mart board broke in half the second time out in the ocean. However this one held up perfectly. I'm 5'3 and it was probably a bit big for me, but not so big that it hindered me from catching a wave. We ordered the 41'' so my Dad could also use it, he's 6'1; it was the perfect size for him. I do recommend going with a brand like this, something a little more durable and long lasting. That being said, we do not live near the ocean or beach, nor do we frequent it. This is used a few times a year and well taken care of. Any issues others might have could be due to poor storage or constant use, I couldn't say for sure.
