I got this for my daughter who sits a desk all day and ends up hurting her back when she hunches over working on her computer. We started with short time periods and are building up. It immediately made her posture better. Over a couple of days, she started to have less pain and started to naturally sit correctly. The brace is soft and comfortable. She was able to put it on by herself and it is easily adjustable.

I have used this only for 4-5 times with breaks, and it has changed a lot!I work a lot on laptop which has caused me to have neck pains and backaches quite often. Sometimes so severe that I had to take prescription muscle relaxants to relieve it. I used this brace when I felt pain in my back/neck. For most of us it is always the Trapezius muscle. I wore this for few hours and my pain was relieved. I use it now as sooon as I feel my muscles tensed. On a side note, I also noticed how great my posture has become. My posture/ chest def looks more staright.I am buying this now for my parents! Beats taking any painkillers for sure, and correcting muscles/ postures etc.

I am at the larger end of the spectrum of sizes this product is supposed to fit. I cannot make adjustments to the brace while it's on my back (not enough adjustment strap remains). I have to make the adjustments prior to putting it on. Fortunately I'm pretty flexible so I can manage.Once I get the thing on, it's doing the job. It's not a magic device. You have to do your part to correct your posture. It serves as a reminder to straighten up my back. Initial use should be limited to a couple of hours per day. Muscle soreness will occur as you train for improved posture.

Using this for about one and a half days now (not continuously though). I'm starting out using it while I'm sitting on my computer chair doing work as that's when I'm most likely to slouch. You can definitely tell the difference and feel it. It's not painful, just different. I can see how after a month or two of this it'll be more noticeable for posture correction for sure.If I wore more suit jackets, I could see myself wearing this throughout the work day. If there's any complaint, it's that it could be a touch difficult to put on if you're a larger person. Other than that, it's a neat product that might save you some chiropractic trips.

I love the feel of this brace. It's made from soft material. It fits both men and women as it is adjustable. The reusable bag that comes with it is perfect for storage when not in use. I would recommend this for anyone attempting to correct their posture.

I find myself slouching while sitting at my desk and started searching for a solution. I came across these and figured they were worth a shot. So far they've really helped. They were packaged well and are high quality. They're easy to adjust and are fairly comfortable to wear. I recommend trying this if you're having any posture issues!

I wore this brace for several hours a day when I first got it. I did not find it uncomfortable at all. In fact, I felt better immediately from the posture support it gave me. As the weeks went on, I wore it less and less frequently and but maintained my improved posture. Today, my back and shoulder pain is gone and my posture is excellent. I keep the brace nearby in case I start to slouch and feel discomfort again. I'm very pleased with this product!
