Ticks my boxes (no side effects, tastes good)
I wouldn’t normally spend this much on a protein powder however (and I’m sorry to be so frank), I wanted one with significantly less sugar than others, and more ‘pure’ as other powders resulted in flatulence 🤦🏼♀️. This powder has produced none of the effects of other protein powders PLUS, it tastes nice! Not just ok, but pleasant. I have a terrible gag-reflex and I only like vanilla-flavoured shakes. What I would say is, it’s not particularly sweet. But I find that reassuring. I have subsequently subscribed to this and recommend it based upon the above.
