Be patient. First of all this is repositioning your bone so I will be uncomfortable if you use all four. I could not use all 4 so I cut the one of the set until I go used to it. Then I graduated to two. For now it is all I can bare eventually I will have 3 then four. Thank goodness they come with a set so the first set I cut into single and two pieces. This is before and after for one month. I wear them over night and no more uncomfortable shoes. So put off that surgery. Remember we live in a world where we want instant results. This is a long term process.

In the photo these separators look very robust and functional. But in real life, not for big feet, once I handled them I realized the model for this item has very tiny feet! Making these toe spreaders look more functional than they really are! Bought these because I hate how my feet feel at night with my toes crunched together weird I know but it is one of the many things that can keep me up at night. This product added to the stress for me as the space was too large and made my toes hurt. And it felt just as uncomfortable as having my toes crunched.

These are the best type since they allow the big toe and pinky toe to splay without having an extra band each like some other products. Also get 2 pairs which I wasn’t expecting.

Although these are generally soft and comfortable, they do not hold up at all. Also they do not stay in position unless you do not move or wear them inside a sock. The durablility may be better if you only use inside a sock or stationary as well. I bought these to maintain toe separation while moving and not while inside a sock. The manufacturer needs to specify that these are not designed for movement and need to be worn inside a sock.

These are very comfortable and make it easier to walk. It is training my feet to do better. Very worth a try!!
