We got this shade sail to cover part of the garden for the summer and it’s been a great buy. It looks smart once it’s up and definitely takes the edge off the heat — we’ve used it loads for sitting out with the kids or keeping the dog shaded.Material feels decent quality, not flimsy, and it’s handled light rain and wind without any issues so far. Just make sure you get the angle right when you put it up — we tilted it slightly so rain doesn’t pool in the middle, and that’s worked well.Only thing I’d say is double-check your measurements — this triangle shape is a bit awkward if you’re trying to cover a square or rectangular space. Also, we added extra rope to get the positioning right, as the ones that come with it were a bit short for how we wanted to hang it.Overall, really pleased. It’s held up nicely and looks way better than a clunky gazebo. Just takes a bit of thought when setting it up the first time.

The media could not be loaded. I am using this indoors across a sun-room. The product is very smart and looks good. It does the job nicely for a much better cost then blinds. The light color diffuses light nicely and takes away the glare from the glass reflection. Have used marine stainless steel fittings which make the sail and accessories very complimentary. Seams around the edges are well sown and neatly edged. An ring in each corner allows for anchor points and you get a length of chord type string as connections. As I mentioned I used different fittings, coming from a sailing background I know what I wanted to achieve as well as creating a quick real release sail for when taking it down at the end of summer. Have not used outdoors but I suspect you would need to fit at a fall to allow rain water to run off.

On the whole, very strong and sturdily made... but be cautious. If you have this anything lower than 10ft from the ground, it gets very warm in the sun and can actually radiate more heat than it protects you from... have it high up and well away from where you're sitting and it casts a good shade

This is shading french doors and keeping our kitchen cooler. Deciding where to install fixings involved several attempts and even now the sail is not taut and collects water during rainfall.Disappointed that only a few lengths of cord were supplied.
