This is delicious, high quality smoked salmon! It has a nice flaky texture, while being nice and moist. Excellent flavor.My daughter gave me some of this for Christmas several years ago, and I liked it enough to order more.I find it cost prohibitive to eat very often, but if you compare prices, there is no cheap smoked salmon. I'm sure you could pay more for less quality elsewhere.

This product arrived quickly in new condition. It was a high quality cut of salmon with no bones. It was densely smoked and vacuum sealed with oil. Was well preserved and ready to eat as is. I thin you need to have a tasted for smoked food. Also, you need to have a taste for food packed in oil. To me, it tasted like spicy smoked tuna in oil. The texture was like fish jerky with oil sauce. At first, I was confused because the packed reads 14 grams of protein and 2 oz is a serving with 3 servings per package. The package indicates that one fillet is 3 servings, but I think a normal skinny adult would eat a whole fillet at 6 oz. as a light snack. It actually comes with 3 boxes, each with one fillet. You get a total of 3 fillets of fish, each of slightly different variety. Comes in a cute box. I like that it is ready to eat. You might need to again, have a taste for room temperature canned salmon.

Bought this on sale, several times. Nice packet of 3. Some of fillets were a bit on the dry side. Would buy again.

We have been eating this for a few years and every time we buy it, we get a consistent wonderful product. This is the best smoked salmon we have ever had; at home or in restuarants!

Might be a great deal for 4 boxes - but SeaBear only sent me 1 (yes one) box so I just paid $130 or whatever for 18 ounces of salmon. You'd think that would be easy to fix but I just lost 45 minutes of my life to Amazon "customer service" telling me this wasn't refundable (???) and refusing to comprehend the idea that I just wanted the 3 more boxes of more order. BUY THIS AT YOUR PERIL
