Best Book on Infectious Disease

Great book but let down by the fact almost all images and diagrams are taken from other Elsevier publications. Content and layout is great for trainees and the online questions are fab and there are loads of them. Almost all images and diagrams are not original though and are taken from other publications which retracts from the flow and relevance.

Excelente compendio de enfermedades infecciosas

The book is broken down into logical section that pick the most salient and important points out of a study area. It is not a small book but neither is the area of infectious diseases small. The chapter on pneumonic study aids is good as the assessment of infectious diseases sits or remembering and regurgitating some key facts, this could be done better by a portfolio with assessment quizzes along the way the book should be in any professional library of infectious disease
