Teva Women's Zirra Sandal

These are super cute and very comfy. I love how they are easily adjustable. These are a true strappy athletic sandal. The straps do not rub against my skin- it's a softer yet durable fabric that lays flat against your skin. I am a true size 6. I bought a size 5- they were TOO small. I bought a 5.5- fit perfectly!

I purchased these shoes to wear during our Disney vacations. I have been wearing them around and LOVE them. The lines on them at first bothered me but after having them on for about 15 minutes....I could no longer feel the lines. Now that I've been wearing them a lot, I don't feel the lines at all. That really is the only "breaking in" that I have had to do with the shoes. I walk in them a lot and have not gotten a single blister or had any issues with them.When shopping for a sandal, I needed one that adjusts (for my swelling feet), has good arch support, is comfortable for long term wear and extended walking, allows the top of my feet to breath, is waterproof, and looks nice. This one really fit the bill. With all of that.....I am still very surprised at how comfortable they are.My only complaint (if you can call it that) is that I wear an 8 1/2 to 9 normally so ordered the 8 1/2. I really should have gotten an 8 or even a 7 1/2 as it really is too long. They still work and I still wear them all of the time but I do wish that I had known that they do run on the large side.So.....don't hesitate to purchase the shoe but make sure to order 1/2 to a full size small then what you would normally wear.

I ordered these and a pair of the Teva Terra sandals, a more rugged-looking sandal that I had already tried on in a store. Ultimately, I chose to keep the Terra and return the Zirra, and I may get an Original Sandal as an about-town shoe. Here's my breakdown:Sole:I was expecting the Zirra's base to be significantly flimsier than the Terra, but they were surprisingly close. I think the Terra is still a bit heavier-duty, though. Both felt comparable to an athletic shoe sole, to me.Strap size:The Zirra has much thinner straps compared to the Terra. It felt secure, but the straps did feel like they might dig after a while, especially if my feet swell while walking on a hot summer day. The Terra's straps are much wider and are padded, and are able to be adjusted easily if they start to rub. On a hot summer day, the Zirra's thinner straps might feel more "breathable" than the Terra, but the Terra will still be a vast improvement over regular sneakers.Strap adjustability:The Zirra has only one point of adjustment -- the ankle strap. It is difficult to adjust quickly, as it is one of those safety lever things that doubles back on itself. If you want to ease up the strap on a specific part of your foot, I don't know that you can do it. I was able to slip them off without undoing the strap, but it took a little wiggling. In comparison, the Terra has two different Velcro straps across your toes, plus a Velcro strap around the ankle. Each is quick to adjust and independent of the others. It would be easy to adjust as your feet swell, etc.Look factor:I'm a late-twenties woman who tries to be low-maintenance and puts comfort high, but also is not quite ready to give up completely on "look." I tried out the Zirra sandals mostly in hopes that it would be more of a compromise between looks and comfort than the Terra is. However, both me and my husband actually preferred the look of the Terra, which I ultimately decided to go with. I just couldn't see myself pulling off a skirt in the Zirras (I mean, I totally would wear it, but I'd never pull it off). They almost felt unbalanced -- rugged sole, lightweight straps.I am thinking of them as summertime sneakers, so I'm going to wear them with whatever I would feel comfortable wearing sneakers with (jeans, capris, shorts). I wear a lot of skirts and dresses, so I'm still SOL there. I may drag myself through the personal hell that is shopping for shorts for an apple-shaped body just to wear these more on casual errands!I'm also thinking of trying Teva's Original Sandal to get a comfy-but-not-sneakery sandal for casual summertime outfits. The soles don't look as supportive, but they might be a good in-between for my comfy-but-ugly Teva Terras and my under-a-mile-walk Cole Haan sandals (my favorite brand for comfy-cute).

I got these shoes back in 2012 before my first trip abroad to Spain. My first pair was a light brown color. I knew I was going to be doing a lot of walking and that it would be hot (so I didn't want to wear hiking boots). I tried them on in a store and thought they looked cute, and they felt comfy. Since then, I've worn these shoes in Spain, Costa Rica, Peru, Cuba, and Chile. They're still in perfect condition and I've worn them in water, on rocks, in the jungle, in the desert, through cities, and so many other conditions (even horseback riding!! - which I don't exactly recommend). I'm about to head to Colombia next, and decided to get a pair of them in black since these are the comfiest shoes I've ever worn and small enough to pack. These don't have any spots that rub wrong, and you're able to tighten the straps on the toes. I also have a pretty high arch and find that these fit great. Plus, I just recently received my new pair and compared it to my old pair. You can tell the difference in how much it will mold to your feet (my old ones even molded a tad wider). Personally, I think that these are VERY cute sandals, and I don't have a problem wearing them with dresses either. You can wear these all day and on long hiking trips and your feet will still be fine at the end of the day. No blisters, no soreness! These shoes have a great grip as well. The only thing is that if the front of the shoe steps in a sticky mud, the shoe will stick for a second even while you bring your foot up. Nothing too serious - and makes for some funny moments! Also, this style of shoe usually runs about $50 or more... so $30 is an incredible deal! I put up a few different photos to show how I wore them with different outfits too! Also, I generally wear a size 7 or 7.5 in shoes. I ordered a 7 and it fits perfectly. My old pair from 4 years ago were a 6.5, so they must have normalized the sizing since then.

I was looking for a comfortable walking sandal and looked at many and ready many reviews. Several reviews mentioned that this particular sandal would be suitable for the wider foot. IT ISN'T! I thought the strap was adjustable but in reality only the ankle strap is marginally adjustable, the straps across the toes and foot are in a fixed position, therefore if your foot is wider than average, there is no ability to adjust. I was very disappointed and had to return the sandal.

I chose these sandals because I have wide feet and they are adjustable making them the ideal choice. However, on arrival they surpassed my expectation, because although they are a trekking sandal, they are also really attractive, and most definitely I would wear them anywhere, not just because I was trekking. Excellent, comfortable, and with a tread that is as good as car tyres!

Bought them for my partner after buying a pair for myself, she loves them. They fit well and are well designed. We'll be walking through water and up the Acropolis so they needed to be sturdy. They also look good on a feminine foot.

I've never risked buying shoes by post before, but these have turned out brilliantly. Taking advice from other reviews, I bought size 39 instead of my usual 40, and they fit very well. Very nice looking, comfortable and practical. Definitely recommended.

Perfect!The first time i put it on it felt amazing. Of course I got a little blisters but after a few dyas there were gone and since then I am one happy lady who totally is in love with these sandals! I cant say any more good things about this product! The price totally represents the quality.I believe I am going to make another purchase soon.

Love these shoes, great fit and really like the colour ( I bought the grey/pink). Really comfortable, put them on and wore for 3 days without any pain or blisters. Dried quickly after getting wet. Very pretty and feminine so can wear all day and evening if out for the day. Look just as good with a dress as trousers or shorts. Exactly what I wanted for my trip and saved space as mutli purpose so can can take less shoes!! beach, cliffs, trekking and town - great for all. Recommending to all my fellow travellers who hate clumpy velco alternatives.

The sandals were exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately Millets sent me the wrong size - the invoice was correct ie size 7 but the box and sandals were size 7.5. I sent them back and got replacement but the same error occurred. When I rang Millets to complain they were very unhelpful and no apology. They said they would send me an email with returns label etc. but I did not receive it and had to contact Amazon for details. Very disappointed with Millets and will not buy anything from them again.

These sandals are wonderful. I have wide feet and they fitted perfectly, they are really comfortable, maybe the most comfortable that I have ever worn. I do a lot of walking and they make it a pleasure.

Fabulous. Light, comfy, as feminine as a flat walking sandal can strive to be. Time will tell how robust they are, but looking forward to putting them to the test.

These sandals arrived in the post five minutes before I set off for a weekend in the Lake District. I put them on straight away and never took them off for three days (apart from in bed !).I walked everywhere - up hill & down dale, rocky bits, tarmac, woodland - totally brilliant. No tired aching feet and not one hint of a blister.So - extremely comfortable and also look very good.

Great sandals for beach walking, water sports and trecking. Comfortable and supportive. Easy to clean. Recommended for those who walk a lot and like supportive comfortable but stylish footwear.
