Quality and good fit for 12yo
Great quality. Got this for my 11yo son who’s a little taller than most but not big. Fits great and, as a former catcher, is high quality and works well for kids 11-13. I was surprised at how much better quality had gotten from 15 years ago!

Great fit for a 10 year old softball catcher.
Really like this product for my 10 year old daughter. Fit her perfect as she is on the taller side 5’ tall covers the bottom of her neck and fit just to her waist. Great padding for better protection when blocking.

Best vest by far
My daughter loves it. The one shoulder pad is awesome as it leaves room for the left shoulder us free to maneuver while catching. We removed the logo and a team logo patch there instead. It was easy to remove.

Very nice! And looks great.
Fits my 9 yr old perfectly with room enough for him to grow into. He's a bit on the small side for 9 but fits nicely as it's adjustable. He really loves it. Looks good too. Very nice quality.

I'm a 6' Adult, and fits well. Light weight which is good. The shoulder protection is removable as stated, which is good because I don't care for it too much when I'm throwing. My main complaint about this is, previous chest protectors have adjustable straps around the middle of your back (to adjust for the belly/waist line) and adjustable straps for the shoulders that connect to a "T" in the middle of your back. While that T is just a thin piece of plastic. I've only used this protector in 3 games now, but that T like to fold on itself which makes the adjustments kinda wonky. And instead of laying flat on my back so I can't really feel it, it's folded up and pushing into my spine. Not completely uncomfortable, just annoying. If that piece was a bit thicker, I don't think there'd be this issue. Was thinking about modifying it to force it to stay flat by gluing or sewing in some type of brace. Otherwise, I just gotta put the chest protector on then live with the fold or try flatten it out then readjust the straps.
