pros:- makes my hair so soft and silky- I did a double take when I saw my hair under bright lights; I've never seen it so shiny- acts better than some of the high end products I've tried, and for a fraction of the price- I appreciate the different design for the shampoo and conditioner; I'm incredibly nearsighted, so I can't read labels unless I hold it two inches from my face, so the different shape makes it a lot easier to differentiatecons:- if I had to nitpick, the packaging can be slightly hard to handle when I'm grappling with it in the showerconclusion: literally no complaints, I had to dig deep to find that one con. this'll probably become my preferred shampoo/conditioner and I will repurchase

Very supple shampoo and conditioner! Works through rough, damaged hair with ease! I probably won't use anything else. I gave it 4 stars because the nozzle on the shampoo bottle looks phallic-like, and that's pretty weird.

I wish this came in a 5 gallon bottle, I absolutely love it. It’s amazing for my dry 4C hair. I absolutely love the smell and it making me feel so fresh. The shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling incredibly soft and nourished. it detangles so easily.
