The toner is very reasonably priced. I made a phone call and spoke with Kelly because I thought I had ordered the wrong cartridge. She assured me it would fit my printer and even stayed on the phone with me while I opened the package inserted into my printer to print a document. Assuring me I could return it if it was the wrong size. She was correct it did fit.I would give them 10 stars for customer service.Karen

I wish it had a darker print, the cartridge it replaced still printed darker than this one only it was in spots. This one at lease has a uniform print.

I can't really rave much about it as I've only used it here and there, but it seems to work fine with no issues. no comment on life span, as I have no idea. However, felt I couldn't negatively judge it without experience. Works well for me.

I have only used the toner for a couple of days, so don't know about longevity, but it appears to be a good product. Also, the price was right!
