Give it time
Allow your skin to acclimate to this product. Once it can tolerate it you can never live without it. First start by just dabbing it on white heads with a qtip. also I find it helpful to use Thayer’s Rose toner very first immediately after you wash and dry your face with a cotton round, then apply the Glymed salicylic over that. It helps mellow it out. Or there should be a lower concentration Glymed salicylic if you want to skip that step. Make sure you use a quality moisturizer.Anyway it’s great for cellular turn over and acne control. Really cleans all the debris and any left over makeup (do not use around eyes).

Love this product
This was recommended by my boyfriends step mom. I had a bad pre-pimple pain and was just waiting for the pimple to work its way out. She immediately recommended this and OMG, it's great. Once you feel the pimple coming in, dab a q-tip in and just tap it on your nose. The next day or after a few applications, pain is gone and pimple doesn't even form!

Works perfectly for what I need it for. I have cysts in my periarea and my gynecologist told me to use something that contains salicylic acid. I use this after I shower and I either don’t see them or they’ll be gone in 1-2 days

Used in combination with cleanser and skin medication works great for acne that is difficult to treat.It will burn but it is so worth it!
