SkyVac Mighty Atom Wet & Dry Gutter Vacuum 6 metres (20 feet) Reach - 1600W

We live surrounded by trees - deciduous and pines. Keeping gutters clear is a continual task particularly in the autumn. I bought the SkyVac thinking it would be useful to keep them clear. It works fairly well but I think the suction end pipe needs a re-design or an alternative attachment. The nozzle blocks frequently with bunches of leaves meaning you have to lower the pipe to ground level to clear it manually. The metal end-piece works better than the plastic one . We also have a lot of pine needles and they are difficult to clear and often lodge in the acute bend in the semi-flexible end section of the suction tube which then requires dismounting to clear. A connecting piece with a less acute bend would be helpful to resolve this. Overall it has done the job fairly well but I live in fear that the end-pipe will come off in a high gutter particularly if it is used energetically to keep it clear as suggested in the training videos. This is a well engineered piece of equipment but in my opinion quite expensive for a vacuum cleaner with a few carbon fibre tubes.

Very useful to clear out the ducts and good customer service for any queries. I was able to resolve all my queries even though I should have gone to the YouTube video to have a look initially :).

Bought one of these in feb 2019 i think it was.. very impressive machine.. not found anyfin it cant pull out gutters yet even pulls out clumps of moss an grass, can not fault this gutter vac.
