A Forever Love (Wanted) Paperback – May 6, 2014

WOW, OMG there are really no words to express what this book really is. Kelly Elliott has given us some wonderful books from her Wanted Series and also the Broken Series. With A FOREVER LOVE this book brings The Wanted Series Full Circle. This is where it all began with Garrett ( Gramps) and Emma ( Grams). We see where all of the Swoon Worthy things Gunner gave us in the first book. Gramps has thought all the guys well. Garrett walked into the drug store one day met up with friends and Emma was there sitting with her Cousin Margie, one of Garrett's best friends. Garrett knew the minute he laid eyes on Emma she was his Destiny. Emma was smitten when their eyes first met. Garrett finds he may have to fight for what he wants as his friend ( like a brother) Billy likes Emma too. Boy a love triangle they have, but really Billy is fighting his feelings for Margie. Emma doesn't make it easy on Garrett, when he is ready to give up because really how many times can a guy take the word NO. Margie finally gets Emma to see her way of pushing the one person that ignites her in no other way. So she goes and claim what should have been hers months ago. Garrett and Emma have a whirl wind Love that is like Nothing that can be described. They have their up's and down's but in the end it's what makes and EVERLASTING and FOREVER LOVE. I have to say this author really makes you feel like you are back in the 50's and 60's the era where Emma and Garrett start their story. If I could give this story more then the 5 stars, this book would rates at least 20 star's to me. I HIGHLY recommend this book to everyone.

Could have done without 100 pages of sex scenes. I mean I'm not a prude but damn, it was hard to read when every chapter had 5 or 6 pages of sex. For me it took away from the old fashioned love story goodness.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I literally had tears in my eyes and I could not, repeat COULD NOT put it down. This book has touched my heart in more ways than one and I can't believe that their story was so beautiful! This is my favorite book out of the entire series and I am so glad I picked it up.First off Garrett Mathews, let me just say now we all know where Gunner got his romance from. Words can't be said enough on how wonderful this man is. He's charming, sweet, romantic, everything that any woman could possibly want!! He is just....words can't be described!Second, Emma Rose... Sweet, innocent, kind, a little naughty (Kind of like me, but we won't go there) ;)She is amazing. I think her innocence and love for Garrett is what made this story even better, but especially her love for Garrett. I am so glad that Kelly wrote this amazing story about Gram and Gramps and gave us all a glimpse into their story. By far my favorite out of this series, I absolutely love Garrett and Emma. I always wondered what their story was, it was always hinted at but not much was said.Garrett, he had me crying and laughing so much throughout the whole book. I felt for him when he lost his dad, but not only that but he felt as though he lost ever having a chance of being with Emma. At least now I know where he learned the whole walking in on everyone at the most embarrassing of times!Emma, I love her more now that I finally got to learn her story. She always seemed so put together in the other books. But she wasn't she had her doubt's, insecurities like any other young woman.Overall its a great read, but of the whole series this is by far my favorite with Josh/Heather's book right behind them and with Brad/Amanda following close behind!Till next time - Sweets Books

A Forever Love is the prequel to the WANTED Series, Gram and Gramps (Emma&Garretts) story. Kelly did a great job taking us back in time but also keeping it current. Emma and Garrett have always been my favorite, there love really is timeless and to really understand everything they went through to have the love they share makes you better understand Gunner and Ellie's story even more. Now there were a couple hot scenes and well lets just say that in this book they are Emma and Garrett, not Gram and Gramps to me, lol. One thing I like so much about this book is that it has stuck with me. there are many instances something has been said or I have seen something that reminded me of this book and the emotion comes right back to me. This is an EPIC love story, now READ ON!!

Loved it a love story all the way through even at the end children and grandchildren and all the husband's to their wives FANTASTIC.

I remember the 60's. It is a time where there was so much unrest in the country, but there were places where folks valued each other and strove to hold onto and teach and respect good old fashioned hard work in relationships as well as day to day living.I do tend to wonder why Garret and Emma didn't use the US Postal Service. Before email and texting, it was a good avenue in which to stay connected. Communication is a well learned skill in this story.I loved this story.

AWESOME!!! Kelly you done it again , you haven given us the most amazing stories. I just can't get enough of them and if anyone reads my reviews please go out and purchase Kelly's books they are behind amazing and I promise you that you will fall in love with all of the characters. I loved Garrett and Emma's story it was so romantic especially the letter thing. (Don't want to be a spoiler). Can't wait to see whose story is going to follow next. Love you Kelly keep up those amazing love stories.

I have loved the Wanted series since the beginning, loved reading all about their individual stories, and how they all were connected one way or another!I have loved how Gran and Gramps have been an integral part of each of the Wanted stories, being the linchpin throughout!It has been great growing up with Emma and Garrett, how their love blossomed, how you actually felt the attraction even coming through the kindle!Their drams's were all dealt with in the most incredible way, who each of the characters leaned on the other for love and support, Kelly does a grand job with the inclusion of important characters alongside the main characters.I loved how significant the Oak tree was and is in the other books, not to mention the quilt.You certainly saw how Gunner became so romantic, and how the romance rubbed off onto the other boys, Jeff, Josh, Brad, Scott.With Gran and Gramps story the wedding and birthing scenes were so heartfelt, such emotion.Dont really want the series to end, but I guess all good things come to an end sooner or later!

I have read every book in this series and loved them all, when i saw this book i immediately downloaded it without reading what is was about (that's how much i love the series) so when i started reading it and released it was about the grandparents who we already loved from the other books i was so happy, They deserve a book on their own and it was so nice getting to read about how they fell in love. I was in tears throughout the whole story and it will be a book i will always remember. I would say you could read this book as a standalone but having said that you would be missing out on so much and there would be no way the book will move you as much as it would if you read the others first, If you love a romance book which will sweep you away and move you then please read all the series and save this for last, you wont be disappointed.

I love reading books from Kelly elliott..She is my joint favourite author..This book, which I hardly managed to wait for, was amazing..Yet again hooked from page one..Love this gang..An emotional making me laugh, cry and shout out...Answers given, traditions followed and connections m are to last..Wish I had more stars to give..Definitely recommend you read these books..Kelly simply amazing, I don't know how else to say it...

I am speechless after reading this beautiful love story , so 5+ stars . I was enjoying myself while reading and I loved it so much that it was so hard to put it down. I loved it the way it was written and all the characters in this story. It was moving, touching , captivating , heartwarming book who help me to moved to my own world. It was very interesting book from the beginning to the end. If you didn't have this one yet - don't wait and buy or download, it is worth it .

I THOUGHT GUNNER WAS THE MOST ROMANTIC ONE BUT GARRETT BEATS THEM ALL HIS AND EMMA'S LOVE STORY IS JUST BEAUTIFUL. YES THERE IS SEX - LOTS OF IT - BUT THESE BOOKS ARE SO WELL WRITTEN THAT EVERYTHING BLENDS TOGETHER SO WELL AND MISS KELLY HOW DID YOU WRITE THOSE WONDERFUL LETTERS EVERYONE DIFFERENT FROM FIVE WONDERFUL YOUNG MEN TO THEIR WIVES AFTER THE BIRTH OF THEIR CHILDREN. I JUST WANT THESE STORIES TO CONTINUE.
