Wide Mouth Metal Mason Jar Lids (Black)

These plastic lids tightly fit all of the wide mouth mason jars. I often use lidded jars to store bulk dry goods like almonds or brown basmati rice; or to freeze individual servings of chili or pasta for work nights. Lidded mason jars are good for just about everything, and I find that opening jars with these lids is easier for me to open than the two-piece metal lids that come with the jars.

Great lids! We use them for grain storage. They look nice and are super functional. Will be getting more in the future!

Lids are super cute on our jars, however, they are not a great fit. Don't always stay on tightly, so if you pick up by the lid you risk the lid coming off your jar. we use them for candle jars so we don't particularly care if it's a tight fit but we do want them to stay on if they're handled and picked up.

Fits just fine on the jars seemingly but leaks like no other!!! Bags and purses beware!

I use canning jars for dry storage & for left-overs. These lids are so much nicer for that purpose than messing with the canning kids & rings.

I bought these to use on flat 8oz mason wide mouth jars and they fit nicely, problem is some didn’t have the white ring inside the lid that seals the jar otherwise I would’ve given it 5 stars.

Every lid except one has failed. They fail with room temp water. They fail with tepid coffee. They fail with cold sparkling water. They fail with hot tea. They fail consistently. The one that didn’t fail I had to screw down so hard that for 3 days straight someone else had to open my jar. Such a fail.
