Better than expected
For the price I was actually expecting something a little cheaper, quality-wise. And based on another review I was expecting it to be smaller, both in height and width. Rest assured that the dimensions listed in the item description are accurate. Though I'm very pleased with the overall quality of this item I don't, however, believe it will last a lifetime. It's fabric, and like all other fabrics they can break down and get weathered. I also don't buy the idea that it's typically for "youngsters"... I'm a large man and, with the height not quite fully extended, in the sitting position I am hidden but can stretch up to raise my weapon and take a shot. About the same goes for the kneeling position when fully extended, and with the height lowered it accomodates nicely in the prone.Oh and in case you're wondering, the rods pull open and stay open via friction, not locking with buttons or anything. In one hand I think it's a good thing as far as functionality goes... I like being able to adjust it "on-the-fly". But on the other hand I'm unsure whether or not they will begin to slide back down on their own after they get a little worn, but my belief is that they will last just as long as the rest of it.I would only change two things about this blind if I could...I would have included plastic caps to put over the tips of the rods so when I lug it around in my backpack I don't run the risk of puncturing it. Perhaps a couple end caps bungeed together like on many rifle scopes. Or a zip-up canvas carrying case would be nice, too. There's just several ways to easily fix this. Also, when I've had this blind up, a strong gust of wind comes along now and then and threatens to knock it over. The spike ends of the rods that go into the ground are only about 4 inches long and could definitely be longer. Adding a little shelf to the side of each pole so you can use your foot to press them into the ground would be smart as well. Again, I can think of more than one way to resolve this.Other than that it's a very good buy and I'm definitely pleased with it. I just wish they offered more patterns for this particular model/brand.

Will do the job
I have had a few of these in past years and I must say this latest one is definitely not as high quality as past purchases. Two noticeable deficiencies is the glue used to attach the poles does not hold and the blind is so faded, it looks as though its already been used, a lot.

Camp Blind
This can be hammered into ground using the top of the rod before extension. It was as durable as expected, but it would be good for a few outings.

Ground Archery Hunter
I like the fact that I'm able to raise or lower the blind. One problem I had was finding a soft spot to anchor the poles. I plan to use some parachute cord to tie the ends to a near by object. The wind had a tendency to blow the blind down. Other then that I like the blind. Very light. I formed a cord around the top and bottom of the blind so I could put over my shoulder to carry into the woods.

Does the job
I bought this for mainly bow hunting. I love the adjustable heights and it provides good cover. It does the job good. The only Con I have about it is the legs are never super strong, they will stick in a soft ground great but be careful if the ground is hard as you can bend a leg. I would purchase again, for the money it works well.

not what it promised
Dont expect this to last i didnt even use it once and it broke in my hands... The matterial itself is good but the way they attach it to the poles is with hot glue so if the bar (that's saposta slide) sticks even a lil you rip the matterail right off the bar... and im gonna use this in the woods while im hunting and hope it stays together? I think not. Its a good thing if your delicate and steady but if you hunt in the woods like most of us its a 50/50 how long this is gonna last ya...

Dark Hunter
This is the best blind that I came across and for the price. You will not be disappointed with this blind at all. It expands from 12" to 28" tall. Can't wait to use on Oct. 1st when archery season opens for deer and turkey. I would recommend this blind for any ground hunter. You may want to order two of them to give you a 360 conselment. I am going to order another one just for that reason. It's 3' too short for two peolpe, the wife spots for me while I shoot. Other than that it will be geart for one person just fine. You will not be disappointed with this blind.

CHeaply made and difficult to adjust. I will use the material somewhere else but doubt I will ever use as a stake in blind
