So worth the money
Great product; super versatile. I’ve all but replaced my triceps rope with these as they can do virtually all the same movements with more range of motion with the added benefit of working on grip strength.

Multifunctional. Not just for triceps.
These rope handles can be used for more than just tricep movements. They can effectively replace your standard cable rope and handle attachments due to the fact that supination and pronation are much easier to accomplish because of the flexibility of the rope and how the spiral handles position your wrists.Cable tricep movements from all angles (single or double)Hammer and supinating cable curls (single or double)FacepullsPullupsLat PulldownsAll manner of different rowsLoop them around dumbells to make shrugs more comfortable and/or to train your gripSide lateralsRear delt flysCable chest flysCable crunches...The list of uses is multifarious.Besides these rope handles being veritable Swiss Army knives for your gym bag. Their design is likely to improve the effectiveness of many of the aforementioned movements as well. Again, this is due to their flexibility and allowing you the ability to supinate and pronate through the range of motion. I can get that extra pronation at the bottom of tricep pulldowns which really helps activate all the heads of the tricep, and which I always felt was impeded by traditional ropes and handles. Cable curls also feel amazing with these. That extra wrist mobility helps me get that twist at the top to activate the short head and the brachialis of the biceps. On top of all that, while the handles are comfortable and prevent your grip from slipping, you can use them strategically to help you build your grip strength and forearms. The extra mobility granted to your wrists will better activate the muscles in your forearms during certain movements. Likewise, you can play around with hand positioning to make certain movements more challenging and build your grip strength.Final word: Though simple in design, their functionality is a breakthrough in the standards for what makes a great rope handle. These should be a staple for any gym bag.

EXCELLENT NEUTRAL GRIP HANDLES
I like these grips very much and I use them exclusively for pullups. It's a variation of doing pullups and I'm very happy with that. The rubber exterior is a real plus, but I like using climber's gloves, for me , improves the grip and comfort. It is well made, but I wish the weight capacity was rated higher. I'm not using the steel quicklinks provided, but using high strength mountain climber carabiners instead. Other than that, I really like using this product and highly recommend it.

Great value and performance
I have been having wrist and elbow issues using traditional handles and ropes on a functional trainer for triceps and biceps. The first time I tried these on my cable machine, the issues disappeared. They are comfortable to grip and permit a great range of motion for triceps extensions, tricep push down and hammer curls. There are probably more uses but for me, these really did the job.

Once in a while something great comes along and these grips are great
Once in a while something great comes along and these grips are great. Used them for a little while at the gym when someone left them attached to the triceps cable pulldown..had used plain old stirrup type grips for a long time. Immediately noticed how much more comfortable the conical shape made my hands, and quickly added 10#.Then home to my 165# stack gym machine and the old rope with inverted plastic knobs and noticed how much they really hurt my hands. So today I got my own dynepic grips and same story, instant 10# addition...as those who use them for pull-ups know, they take strain off the hands and wrists and allow the intended muscles to do more of the work. Then I looped (2) of them to my short rotating bar (about 24") with knobs on the end for an entirely different row for this machine, and I will be able to add a short cable and make that two new rows. And, I believe I will be able to attach them to a long cable I have and do tricep pulls behind neck for yet another, replacing 45# dumbbell behind the head, thank goodness. And I am just starting. my home gym has generally given me 7 good exercises, now already increased to 10, much more benefit which I hook up with full set of dumbbells and I am good to go for full strength workout at home.Really an excellent product and well worth the rather high price to me, because it amplified my gym capabilities.

Great option over ropes
This provides a unique grip, which allows more concentration on the triceps. The pair is solid, and well constructed. It will last for several years, recommend.

Works Perfectly with my Synapse CCR
I work out with a revolutionary new portable device called the Synapse CCR. It provides custom calibrated max resistance for both positive and negative phases plus any angle isometrics.I went shopping for a new rope style handle after reading that they increase tricep activation. Pronated grips also help isolate the chest and shoulder muscles on pec flys and rear delt flys.At first, I tried a standard rope handle. It was OK, but not secure enough when I gave max effort.I had read positive reviews of these spiral grips both on Amazon and in the chat rooms, so I bought a set.Man, what a difference! Much prefer these grips to ropes. Just a genius design that allows me to go full bore while focusing on mind muscle connection without worrying about grip security. And I was impressed with how solidly these grips are constructed. I expect they will last me a lifetime. If you are on the fence, go for it. You won't be sorry.

Awesome cable crossover pull!
I saw Mike Van Wyck using these in his Wycked Training videos. They are awesome “pulls” for using on a cable crossover machine- especially for tricep work! They feel very good in your hands!

Dis A Ppointing
I have to say I thought these would be more sturdy. They are a good shape for the hand. The rubber grips well. Longevity is still to be determined, but it doesn’t feel like they will handle a huge amount of abuse. Whilst I appreciate the soft feel, I was hoping for solid plastic / metal underneath to enable they use with heavier loads. They aren’t cheap so this was a big issue for me. If you’re only using light loads it might not be 🤷♂️Ropes seem okay, locking connectors, not clips like everything else means quick easy de/ attachments are not going to be happening! There are other handles available in similar design. I wish I’d gone for those.
