ESV Scripture Journal: Job

First off, its God's Word so that's making it more than a 5 star review. I love the layout with the journaling pages facing every page of Scripture because it allows for jotting down notes and thoughts. As I look into some commentaries, i can write what I find in the journaling pages. When I have the opportunity to teach through a Book of the Bible its a great tool for a quick reminder of all the study I have already done. Print is easy to read and I like the simple clean pages. No distractions

Super excited. This just arrived today. My women’s Bible study group is going through the book of Hebrews and this is the perfect journal to accompany the study. It small and compact to fit in my Bible case and has enough space for my notes and thoughts. Would recommend.

Helps you understand the first chapter of bible!!

ESV Version is a downside for me personally as I prefer the KJV. But it is not always easy to find a KJV for Journaling, Notes, Artwork. This book has one of the nicer bible style covers that I prefer. I'm old school I guess. I like my bibles to look like a bible even if fake leather is used. It came in great condition. The words are easy to read. Each Psalm Number has a bold number and font, which is nice for searching for psalms. All 150 Psalms are included in their entirety, which is perfect. Each right hand side of the page is blank for journaling, art or note taking. However the book is very thick and does not lay flat when opened which will make it hard for working. You can see in my photos (the next page of words is see through) which is a concern for journaling, art or note taking. Hopefully that isn't an issue. It also has lines on the blank page rather than dots. So for those more interested in note taking this might be the better option for you. I purchased several of these journal style Psalm books and I am reviewing each with photos to help others. I really wish they would show us at least two or three pages to help us decide if the nook is for us. This is not my favorite. Though I like the look of the cover. My big problem is fighting to keep it open. It is still a nice book and I am happy different companies are doing this as using your bible to reflect, journal, prayful artwork, all helps you stay within the pages and meditate longer on the word of God.

I absolutely love this book! You have a whole page of room to take notes and there is also a good about of space between the text to write notes in as well! The pages are also pretty thick and sturdy so highlighting is very easy and doesn’t typically seep through! Yes the book as a whole is pretty thick but that doesn’t bother me at all. I would 10/10 recommend this one or any of Crossway’s other journaling bibles because they are great for taking notes and really studying the Word!!

I appreciate having all of the space for note taking during sermons and studies. There is not much to bring up as far as complaints go as this product is accurately described in the description.

Purchase this to better follow along during church service, this has made it so easy to take notes. The large print is easy on my eyes while also being able to share with my husband when he forgets his Bible. Will definitely be purchasing more books from this company.

I LOVE my ESV journal. This is perfect for my purposes of annotating, paraphrasing, charting, defining, etc. while preserving my main Bible. The paper is nice and thick so my pens, markers, and highlighters don’t bleed through- I’ve tried several different types and the paper holds up to them all! there is ample space for note taking on the lined side as well as in the margins of the text side. I love how the text is spaced out, leaving plenty of room for annotations. This is such a perfect study tool for anyone looking to do a deep dive into the Word of God.

The more you incline towards the torah e.g. Moses the more truth there is. But the moment you go towards the rest of the chapters other then the torah then you turning towards the possibility of store people made after Moses. And your choosing you own way over Moses.

Hebrews is an important book to read to aid us in our understanding of the superiority of Christ and practical applications for Christian living. The text is easy to read. There is space in the margins for my own notes, and the right-hand pages allow me to add extra notes that won't fit elsewhere.

I’ve bought numerous of these books now and they always arrive on time, if not early! They look so smart. I’m always impressed. Thank you.

I like this journal, but I received a product that has black splotches on the front and back cover and a rip in it.
