We weren’t sure how easy it was to change, but surprisingly quite easy. Watched YouTube video on how to change it took us about half an hour with the correct tools.

Fitted to a transport van 2020. All the holes are already there

Fitted to a T6 Transporter. I had to drill an extra hole (5mm) to fit over a very small locating pin, this only took seconds to do.A great tip from another reviewer was to use cable ties to hold the spring in compression while putting back together, then cut them off afterwards. I did this and was glad I had read the review before hand as it would have been a real pain without them.

For £15 and a bit ofnhandywork yourself works a treat, reading the reviews a few said to cable tie the spring which makes life so much easier.. and you do need to drill out another hole for the locating pin but takes a minute tops.. if I whack the van again..I will be back!

Did the job with this, but it lacks an extra hole to go over the alignment pin on the base that it attaches to. Not difficult to drill out though. Other holes in the piece are not 100% accurate to the fitment, but it will work. TIP - use cable ties to hold the spring in compression while you disassemble/reassemble.Transporter T5.1 2011

Rather than replacing the whole wing mirror I bought this. Great product.

Purchased for 2020 T6 transporter. Small drill hole needed to make it fit - but a 2 second job. Ideal easy repair. Thanks
