I have had a leaf blower and shredder which has given good service over two and a half years the machine is still working well but the collection bag was showing signs of wear. I ordered a new bag which arrive quickly. When it arrived I found that they had sent two bags for the same price. When I looked closer I saw that the nozzle on one bag was larger than the other. Then I found a letter explaining that there was two versions of the connection on different sized machines so they put one of each type in the same pack to save me from having to go back to them for the correct nozzle. They said I could keep the other one. Great customer service. Well done Von Haus!

It's a replacement leaf blower bag. It is exactly the same as the old one and fits perfectly. I was initially put off by the product photos as they don't show the clip holder on the bag. This is needed and is present on the bag so no worries there.As an added bonus I was sent two bags each with a different fitting. I'd kept the old bag and swapped over the pladtic connector. BINGO! Now I have two bags. Very happy.

Liked that there was 2 different bags so I can choose the best fit.

Perfect purchase - much better than the unnamed brand I purchased last year

I've been patching up the broken zip on the old bag for ages, and really didn't expect to be able to buy a replacement, and via Amazon. So easy, and so quick!Just an observation: I was sent two bags, with a leaflet saying there were two different nozzle sizes, so I'd been sent a bag for both, suggesting I dispose of the one I didn't need.Wouldn't it have been better to advertise that there were two different sizes, and request the person purchasing to indicate which one of the two they required? Surely that'd save wastage and keep costs down?

Product as described and is fine. However, delivery actually included two versions with a note saying to keep the one that fits and bin the other. In this day and age, this is an unnecessary waste of materials and is unsustainable. I don’t mind paying the combined price but they should not be sending out goods knowing that they will be binned.

I really like the leaf blower find it does the job great, problem is with how the bag connects to the blower this us something that needs looking at. When the bag is full and has weight it is very hard to disconnect from the blower their has to be a better way to connnect the bag to the blower, plus the clip method in cold weather is even harder to releasefrustrating they make a great product but the waste bag connection needs improvement, might be a better idea to have a round connection with lugs to lock onto so it twists on and off.
