Elasto Gel Hot/Cold Gel Wraps X-Large, Adjustable Diamond Shape, Microwavable & Freezable Knee Wrap (Therapy Wrap)

i needed this badly, forking over $30 for this only added to my foot/ankle pain and aggravation. but i know there is added value to the fitted nature of this thing. it cups the heel of the foot and ankle, and straps in place well once you get the hang of putting it on. you can make it tight enough which is nice. don't know what the cold stuff is inside, but i wish it could get colder, and that the colder lasted longer. it goes to cool relatively fast, but then stays cool for a relatively long time, which is nice if that is what you want. fit is ok, but i which it had a bottom foot section and two side sections, and not just two side sections. if it did, it would help with plantar fasciitis better. hint, hint. in the end it is worth it.

I used this at my PT appointments for my rotator cuff.It is large enough as well as weighted to rest on my shoulder without the aid of neither hand. The weight is perfect for relaxing, which allows it to be used as a heated weighted calming strategy.It can be used hot or cold on nearly any part of the body; its size gives it this versatility.It has a removable cover which makes it washable. this leads to what I have found to be, thus far, my only negative finding: it slips out of the cover frequently.Final verdict; great product, good quality, multipurpose!

I am giving this 4 stars simply for the fact that it could be a touch bigger or at least offered in different sizes. I wear a size 14 shoe and it does not reach all the way around my ankle. Also, I wish it stayed cold cold for longer. About 30 min of it being nice and cold and about an hour of it just being cool. Takes about 2 hours to refreeze. But overall, it is a great product. Nice and soft, flexible, and strap is long enough to wrap all around your ankle.

I bought this on the suggestion of my physical therapist after I had both hip and knee replacements within a month of each other. This really saved my life because after the ice machine was gone I could use this wrapped around my knee or snuggled against my hip and it really helped. Now my husband is even using it when he has shoulder pain after working outside. You just keep it in your freezer and it’s handy whenever you need it.

This wrap really helped when I broke my ankle and needed to help keep the swelling down. It fit snugly as needed and really worked beautifully! I highly recommend this wrap!

I ruptured my Achilles tendon and had major surgery. During my physical therapy, they used this product as a cold compress covered with a towel. It was great in reducing the swelling and it felt nice on my ankle. I have not used the hot compress yet.

I bought this ice pack following knee surgery. It is soft and molds around knee without more pain like other ice packs that are not as pliable. Velcro scraps help hold it in place. Cold last for around 30 minutes, however, I found if I cover it with a double towel the cold will last on up to an hour. Very happy with this ice pack. May order another one for my father in law to use on his knee for arthritis pain.

I bought a larger size pad. The Velcro doesn’t hold it well around the waist when trying to stand due to the weight of the gel pad. It works well when laying down. It holds the cold temperature for a surprisingly long time.
