Fantastic product

My favorite thing in my kitchen!
This is one of my favorite things in my kitchen! I have a 10 pot tongue on it. It pulls in and out of the cabinet very easily. It’s made of sturdy metal. You won’t regret buying it.

Great solution to fitting pots and pans in a narrow cabinet
I love how organized this keeps my pots and pans, and have heard many say "oh that's great!" when they see this on the tour of our remodeled kitchen. The only reason I'd give it four stars is that it takes a bit of a pull to get it to extend, and it makes the pots and pans clang against one another (which makes me cringe everytime). But installation was easy and straightforward.

Hooks are flimsy and seller doesn’t respond
This is the 3rd system like this I’ve purchased and installed. I chose the more expensive systems prior to this, and should have done so again. Install was manageable, but more difficult than others. The reason for the low rating is the hooks included with the system. They are difficult to hang and break easily. I attempted to contact the seller for replacement hooks, but received no response. I love the solution, but recommend using a different supplier.

Make sure it works with your cabinets
Still haven’t been refunded and sent it back over a week ago. It didn’t work with my cabinets.

Perfect for pantry use too
I used two of these for pantry storage of pots and pans. The sliding function of the mechanism is not used although the sturdiness of them is great for heavy items. Just be sure to have sufficient support for the shelf you attach it to.

Put this in a corner cabinet instead of lazy Susan. Best idea ever! Made an absolutely impossible cabinet user friendly!!!

Good product. Only one complaint is the back mount can only screw into The back of the cabinet. Ikea kitchen didn’t have anything to screw it to so it’s help to the wall past the cabinet with 4 decking screws. Top install holes on the back bracket would be great.
