I have listened to podcasts from this Author Mooji. He is so delicate and clear and has a great descriptive voice. Great read!

A true star of Advaitan knowledge. I'm spellbound by it's depth and simplicity. For seekers of truth is a must read. Read for yourself and loose it 😃

Let go of YOU and rest in your True Nature. You hear it a lot but Mooji talks directly, clearly, and from that place. When I read his words I experiece them. He articulates the Truth in a very helpful way constantly showing us how simple it is and that there needs be no waiting to have it. It is the mind that causes the delay in out peace and joy. Mooji shares in such a way as to make the most complex-seeming things beyond easy -- he shows us that it is already there, present, and not something to "reach for" but to RECOGNIZE. It doesn't get much easier than that!I whole-heartedly recommend this book for any serious "seekers' of spiritual truth and ease in their life.

Love this book! Mooji is a master! Easy to understand whether you've been on a spiritual path for years or are just starting out. Like all masters, what they share resonates deep in the heart, because they teach universal Truth. The word 'universal' means that it transcends all cultures, all religions and societal rules and norms. Mooji's down to earth answers to questions asked by his students are well worth reading.

If you love Mooji videos, this is a nice companion. I like to read a chapter at bedtime to put my mind in a great frame of mind before sleep. Chapters are short and sweet. You can jump in and out without needing previous content.

I have read tons of books from many different spiritual teachers and traditions. Only 3-4 of them I consider them my all-time favourites. This book will join that special category. Mooji's teachings are so clear, direct and warm-hearted. They have enabled me to have a very profound self-realisation. I will certainly enjoy re-reading this book many times, to confirm what it helped to discover. I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
