Arbequina Castillo De Canena X.V. -Spain

Once you realize that you can't find good olive oil in the supermarket, you should try this; probably the most exquisite oil available in the states right now and arguably the best from Spain this year. I like the picual variety as well though it is not available here. I tasted this in London and am really happy to see it for sale through this vendor. It gets no better, seriously. I definitely would not cook with this oil--it is best used to top fresh produce, finish dishes, or best of all, to drizzle on toast. Enjoy!
