It really works
Excellent product!! I get a cold sore once a year at the very least. If I apply this product as soon as the cold sore can be felt, it pretty much never really forms. I use it multiple times a day as soon as I feel that tingling sensation and it never forms if caught early enough. It really does work. If you already have a cold sore it will heal it much faster. It's pricey for a small tube, but it's worth it not to have a huge blister on your face. I've been buying this product for years. The generic version works also.

Not always available in my stores
I have to say I first try to buy things at brick and mortar stores and then if I can't find whatever, to buy it online. Well, I was looking for this at a number of grocery and drug stores and just couldn't find it. So I was surprised to see it available from Amazon. Very convenient. As far as the product itself, it truly works but you have to put it on at the very first "tingle" before a blister emerges. It definitely reduces the time you have the blister and if you get it just right, you hardly have any blister at all. I have found that using this also reduces itching and when the blister starts healing, it reduces cracking and pain. I always have this with me so I can put it on right away.

Good to have on hand
I always keep a small tube on hand as this stuff works well at shorting the duration of a sore, but also stops one from forming as soon as the tingle appears. Perfect purse size. Would definitely recommend.

Expensive but it works well!
More costly than what I would like but it works 100%. As soon as you notice any signs of a cold sore you put it on and within 2 days it’s gone. It stops the progress quick. It expired back in December but I am still using it and it still works.
