Superb customer service.
I am not sure how I did this but I can only assume my concentration lapse when I placed the order because these simply don’t fit my printer. As I had removed the adhesive strip, I felt unable to return the cartridges so I now have two ink cartridges of absolutely no use to me. Nobody’s fault but mine. However, I would like to take this opportunity to give a 100% satisfaction score to the seller. After my original comment was posted in which I took full responsibility for my mistake, the matter was settled sympathetically and graciously.

Printer wont recognise
I am very dissapointed that my printer wont recognise the ink cartridge. It looks like the one I am replacing. I have bought non hp inks before and never had a problem. I wondered why it came with a little rubber to rub on it in case it doesn't work. Clearly it has been a problem before for people. But even with following instructions on what to do if the ink dont work, it still says ink cartridge problem and tells me it needs to be replaced.

Pay attention that this only works in specific type of printer
This product works well in my pinter, very easy to install, since it is standard size of the Inkjet Cartridge. I have to say that it works smoothly and tidily. Taking account into its price, it is the best choice of my printer. highly recommended.
