PMP Exam: How to Pass on Your First Try

Very useful book. Highly recommended.

Amazing book by Andy Crowe and amazing online elearning course by Velociteach which you get as a part of this book- a free 1 week trial- I cant say enough about their online course- It is darn good- It will ensure you hear all the key concepts and which will sit in your memory for a long time and particularly during the exam. I cleared my PMP exam thanks to this book 'How to Pass PMP on your first try' by Andy Crowe- I must say I cleared my PMP exam only due to this book and due to the excellent online material by Velociteach.....THANK YOU GUYS! FOR DOING SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB and thank Andy Crowe for such an amazing piece of work. All other books will take you through a maze of inputs and outputs and tools but Andy Crowe's book is very simple, clear, clean, and takes you through the most important concepts in the most simplest manner possible. How I passed my PMP is- I read and reread andy crowe like 5 times, took me 3 months but when I go to the exam, the moment I started answering the questions, I knew I was going to pass- SLAM DUNK! THANK YOU, Andy Crowe! EXCELLENT BOOK!

If you are seeking the PMP designation, this book is a great tool. Reading the Guide to PMBOK is a tough go and is essential as part of your studying, but Andy Crowe's book is like "PMBOK lite". Its an easy read and focuses on the key elements. The practice exams are very good as well. In order to obtain the PMP on my first try, I used: PMBOK, Head First PMP, and this book by Andy Crowe. I also bought Andy's audio CDs. While those aren't really necessary, I did enjoy listening to it while driving. It gave a few extra examples and different perspective that compliments the book nicely. Good luck to all future PMPs.

I used this book together with a PMBOK, and passed the PMP exam on a first try.The example quiz on the end of each chapter and the final exam on the end of the book are very useful and I think that they have helped me to pass exam.Another thing is, that there are formulas that you need to know on the exam which you can find in this book, and are not in a PMBOK
