Genuine product packaging was also good but unfortunately it didn't support my PC. The RAM was working on my neighbour's PC and improved his performance. It was badluck for me that it didn't worth for me as it didn't support my PC. I'm impressed with amazon's quick service for return and refund. Five star is for both Amazon and RAM.

Used ram. Substandard packaging. But working on pc. 1500₹ is slightly higher side for used ram

Went bad in 2weeks. No warranty. Amazon says to contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer says its responsibility of seller and all RMA should happen through seller.

Bad product, bought in Nov 2020 and it stopped working in March 2021 so lasted just approximately 5 months, now not sure how to get it replaced under warranty...
