I was having some symptoms of being very tired and also having dry mouth. I looked to see if there were supplements I could take to remedy those problems and B-complex was listed. I ordered this product from Amazon and it showed up quickly. I felt like I got quick results on both of these problems. I had stayed up during the night trying to drink more water thinking that I might have gotten dehydrated and that could be the source of my tired ness and dry mouth. My doctor felt I was hydrated but that these vitamins were a good strategy. I think I habitually get low on Vitamin B complex. I'm glad I found these drops as it tastes SO good. I have been a fairly heavy alcohol drinker for quite some time now, which kills your B levels. I intent to cut out the beer and better my life this month of June 2025. No blood tests but I am sure I am low on B. Took this yesterday, didnt notice much difference, this morning put it under my tongue and night and day, my brain feels like its lite up like a Christmas tree, almost a euphoric feeling. I just got this a week ago and can say it has improved my energy, which I desperately needed. No upset tummy and I’m sensitive to vitamins making me nauseous. I just got the multivitamin and took it today and no stomach upset with it either. Definitely a worthy B complex
