it really help with the arthritis in my hands

Works for me
Wanted to try this product because of arthritic pain in back and hips. Figured I'd try it a month and see! Wow one week and I have greatly reduced pain and am able to do so much more! WARNING take this with a meal I had stomach upset at first but began making sure I took it with food. Hoping you have good results too.

Product made me bloated.
I think it might be better to split the daily dose to avoid stomach issues.

Effective against AD as nanoparticle
Potentially useful against Alzheimer's. Applied directly to brain via nasal application of nanoparticle curcumin. I'm not a physician. Do your own research.
