I have searched far and wide for a bathroom door lock that actually works. This is the 4th one I have installed, and I think it is the winner.Why?1. If the lock button is accidentally pushed, and then the door is closed behind a person exiting, it will unlock itself. (I had an employee who thought it was HILARIOUS to lock the door and then leave the bathroom, so no one else could use it. This prevents that from happening.2. The override isn't a hole. When the aforementioned former employee would engage in his shenanigans, other employees would use all manner of random objects to try and get the lock to open. This is what resulted in 2 of my locks becoming unusable. This one has a little slot that you can just use a coin to turn in order to unlock the door in case of an emergency.As a heads up, this is a COMMERCIAL grade lock. It has a larger rosette than residential grade locks, and makes use of an additional set of holes to the top and bottom of the through-hole. It does have provisions to be installed in a door without those extra holes, but read the installation guide...

Quality of the item is top notch. All parts present and in perfect condition. Installed with almost no difficulty. Strongly urge providing a link to an online installation video. I used what I could find on YouTube, which was very useful as compared to just the printed instructions provided (which included steps for many non-applicable options).

Did not come with correct backseat. Original lock ordered from another supplier only comes with 2-3/4” backseat, I returned in ordered this one that showed 2-3/8” backseat but came with 2-3:4”. Called Falcon to get part number for correct backseat and ordered it. Lock still does not work very well. Have $153 invested in this one lock with all the return fees.

Lock sets arrived on time. They appear to be ok. I put them in the shop and will use them soon.

I purchased several of the door handles with the privacy lock for bathrooms. Unfortunately if they malfunction you can't dismantle these from the outside. You have to actually cut the handle off from the outside with a metal saw. This is very dangerous if a small child is stuck in the bathroom. I called the company and they don't seem to care all Steve could say is these are commercial and therefore they are built that way. In fact he wasn't aware of handles not being built this way. Yet the locksmith thought it was super unusual to have to cut a door handle off the door for a bathroom.
