Why did I wait so long to make the jump!
I am now 100 cables out of 100 without fail. Solid tool, much better to push through and look at colours - make the change today! Recommend this tool every time.

Really good.

Not meet my expectations
It’s crimping good but not always cutting the last wire ( brown ) . It should be mint for those money. And also doesn’t have striping cable blade.

Good build quality but it looks like it will only work with Klein plugs
The build quality of this tool is great but I could not get it to cut the last 2 cables. I don't know if this only works with Klein plugs but I was dissopointed with the outcome. I had to return the item.

Exactly as advertised and good value.
Exactly as advertised and good value.And take note, this is for the newer method of crimping where the 8 wires are pushed through the RJ45 to be clipped off by this device at the same time as crimping the plug.Works very well, assists accuracy and I shan’t be going back to the more traditional system the amateur enthusiast might use.Every RJ45 I’ve made on Cat 6 with this thing has been perfect and met the 1Gb standard - despite being experienced, I can’t say that for the older system…🙄

Great tool
You need to have the through connectors which can easily be gotten via Amazon for using with this device. When using them it is almost full proof to get a good connection on RJ 45. The trick to using it is to cut the cables longer than you need clip them at the end, insert them fully and squeeze

Quality product, expensive but works perfectly
Expensive in relation to how often you will use it but that is mitigated by producing top quality terminations that won't fail.
