Incomplete Charging
Only charges for a few minutes and changes LED to green signifying charging complete. Borrowed neighbor's charger and charged for 2 hours before returning his charger. It was still charging when I unplugged neighbor's charger. Scooter performs much faster and lasts longer proving this charger doesn't effectively charge the scooter.
