Balloon Toons: Adopt A Glurb Hardcover – August 18, 2010

My 6-year-old son really loves this book! He is in Kindergarten, and he just loves the humor in this book.

My son loves this book! We originally borrowed it from the library, but read it so many times, he wanted to own it. The pictures are simple, and the text has just the right amount of gross humor to engage a little boy and be acceptable to his mother. When writing this review, I asked him what he liked, he said he thinks they're cute, and cuddly. As it says in the book, "you can buy glurbs for $0.10 at the monster store. But sometimes, you can find free glurb eggs under rocks in the forest."

My four-year-old son loves this book. He started glurbies and made up stories about them for a while too.
