Powerful cleaner and safe
This grout cleaner is a beast. This is how I used. We just moved in and we were the 3rd owners. The kitchen was "clean" except for hidden areas like on top of the cabinets, where the cooktop met the countertop (seam), underneath the microwave, and of course the grout. We're talking caked in grease. It was bad. After cleaning all this up with degreaser and an aggressive brillo pad I looked around and the floor still looked bad. I need to fill in some cracks where the tile met the cabinets and so I looked at the grout. Seriously I thought the grout was a chocolate brown but no it was grease and dirt. I ordered this product and got to work. I sprayed it in 5x5 sections. I walked away for anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes then came back. I used the the supplied brush and scrubbed in straight lines. The nastiness that foamed up was incredible. I had a damp microfiber towel to wipe up the mess and an old bath towel (36" x 24") to wipe any excess left. This wasn't hard. You don't need expensive equipment. Spray it walk away, come back, scrub, wipe up, DONE. Your tile floors will look like new guaranteed.

Good at removing dirt
This removed a lot of dirt from the grout. It definatly improved the appreance from black to what it is now. It did not however remove 100% of the dirt or make it look brand new, at least for me. It could be due to the age or how long it had been covered in dirt to begin with. There are products that can "paint" the grout a new color, you will have to remove the dirt before you can use those products. This worked alot better than just tile soap with mop and bucket. I May need to try another product in combination to get it cleaner. I will try that before I consider the "painting" option.

Still scrubbing
Works great in the grout and no harsh smells but you still have to scrub to get the dirt up

Unfortunate allergic reaction-only this product, never before.
I think this works reasonably well, unfortunately, despite wearing gloves and having never had a reaction to any cleaning product before, I felt a rather immediate cramp in my stomach (likely from fumes and I had no contact with the product) I cleaned about ¼ of my tile and decided to stop. Today I used a very small amount (one spray) and immediately had the same stomach cramp and this time my lips became slightly swollen--again this was ONLY from fumes of one spray in a well-ventilated area. So I'll not be using it again. I've not had an issue with any other cleaning product in my life...and the smell was very light. I'd have thought it had a low VOC except for my reaction. I'll have to research how to dispose of the product safely.

Great product
I used the product with a battery operated grout brush and it really made a difference in my grout! I am actually amazed at how clean it left my grout. Right after I was finished I thought it really didn’t look that much better, but that is because the grout was still wet. Once it dried, the floor looked fabulous.

Exceeded expectations, this stuff works with the right process
I'm not sure the grout in our bathroom has been cleaned since the floor was installed 20 years ago. Sure, the floor has been mopped often, but nothing for the grout in particular. So I really didn't expect to get the grout looking new, I was just hoping for better. The grout now looks pretty much new. After a bit of trial-and-error, here's the process I used.1) Buy a battery powered scrub brush. These look like an electric toothbrush on steroids. I bought one by Rubbermaid, but there are others that are probably equally good. I can't imagine using this with a hand scrub brush.2) Spray this on the grout, let sit for 5-10 minutes. Not any longer, or it will dry too much.3) Go over the grout with your battery-powered scrub brush. Multiple times. Over a 2-3 minute period. This part is critical, the first cleaning got a lot of dirt up, but with repeated brushing it got *really* clean.4) Rinse a couple times.5) Wait a couple hours for the grout to fully dry, and admire your handiwork! For me, a couple spots needed a second application, but the floor looks so much better now. Highly recommended.

Easy
Very good. We bought a house that’s over 30 years old, and we got this to clean the grimy grout that was hard to even look at — and it works.Use the included brush first, then go over it with a softer brush for better results.Make sure to wipe off the grime with a clean towel. You’ll notice it’s even brighter the next day.

It works! (with a little elbow grease)
My rented house kitchen tile grout was filthy and probably never cleaned. I started by trying all the at home methods I came across online that promised to work, but of course didn’t. This stuff though, I was surprised to find really did the job and turned my almost black grout in spots back to beige. Did it require scrubbing? Yes. Did it take more than once? Yes, for the worst spots. Did it make my kitchen floor look cleaned? Absolutely! Another positive is that it has a relatively pleasant smell and the brush is good and held up for hours of cleaning. The only downside is that it’s on the pricey side for some floor cleaner and I used quite a bit through my whole kitchen and dining room.
