These taste great and seem to give me extra energy in the morning.

Life is oxygen makes a great product. I buy a lot of vitamins or supplements from them. B12 is always one of my go to from this company would recommend.

Just started taking these, so will need some time to see if they are helpful.My doctor told me to start taking a B12 Methylcobalamin 500mcg supplement. So in checking I saw these and decided to give them a try.The taste is very pleasant and you can let them dissolve in your mouth or chew them, so very easy to take. I will see if these are helping next time I see my doctor.

Not the best but not the worst. They taste like strawberries and don’t have a chalky flavor.
