I really like this. I used it and unfortunately it broke after several uses. I ended up buying another one because I really liked it.

Where to even start. I’ve used this product for the last month and a half, probably four or five times in total. The lid does not properly fit on top, which is fine, I can do without that. The actual dispense trigger is somewhat rough, almost like it needs some WD-40 to loosen up the trigger pull. Again, not terrible, just slightly inconvenient. Fast forward to this morning’s saga.I work from home, and start my shift at 6:30am. Around 7, I hear glass breaking. Immediately I thought the worst, so I walked to the kitchen to see what could have possibly broken. Seeing nothing, I went up to get my sleeping husband. The poor man, eyes barely open and in his boxers, also comes to take a look. We found nothing. An hour later, I started to make lunch for our son to take to school. As I’m gathering snacks, I see this stupid dispenser broken in pieces on the counter. For some unknown reason, after having not been touched for at least a day, the trigger for the dispenser, literally shot out of the handle. I still haven’t found all of the pieces.TLDR: 2-3 stars for how well it works, 0 stars for the heart attack I almost suffered this morning.

Usage is self-explanatory, I like using it for making pancakes in the morning with minimal mess. I have noticed, depending on the thickness of the batter, when you close it off after dispensing, it may still leak. But it is usually not a big deal and easily cleaned up since I usually just end up with a small puddle as long as I place the tool in the same spot.One thing I would say with regards to this is the build quality is rather flimsy. I can see myself very easily breaking the tool if I squeeze too hard or if I drop it. In fact, the first one I got was damaged in the package and cracked but it was easily replaced after submitting a request. I also got it when it was on sale so it was cheaper than its normal price and for that price (~$9 if I'm remembering correctly), I would say worth it. I may look into getting a more durable one in the future once this one wears out and pay more of a premium for a better build quality because it does make the process of making pancakes in the morning more streamlined for my family.

Ok, I love the products functionality. It makes cooking pancakes and waffles so much easier and way less messy! On that level I would give it 5 stars.I gave it 3 stars because it is not the most durable. After using it twice, it accidentally fell from the shelf it was stored on, while it was stored in the box, and it broke into like 4 different pieces. The handle is no longer attached so it doesn’t really function much at all. Also not the easiest to clean but I could have gotten past that.

It is of good quality, and the price is affordable. I highly recommend it! 😍

Outer plastic handle BROKE about 4cm below the corner of the handle. (first pic) Only used about half a dozen times. Before it broke, it did a decent job.Update 1: (2 minutes later, 2nd pic) I squeezed the handle a couple more times as the squeeze-to-dispense function still seemed to work. Then another chunk of the clear plastic handle broke off.Update 2: (another 2 minutes later, 3rd pic) I squeezed the handle a couple more times, as the squeeze-to-dispense function still seemed to work. Then another chunk of the clear plastic handle broke off, along with the metal spring function. It's almost possible to manually move the sliding stopper portion to use it, but that just feels like doing too much to compensate for a flawed product.Manufacturer needs to pull this version off the market, upgrade the handle materials, maybe make them bolt-on, and replace the broken ones with updated design version for customers who bought this and had the flawed cheapo plastic handle version break on them. This was ordinary use by a weak-grip female that led to the first break. (She has had carpal tunnel surgery) My use after the first break was with a light grip, just enough to compress the spring and open the stopper-gate, and resulted in the 2nd and 3rd breakage of the brittle plastic handle.While this item is a nice idea and works well until it breaks, it takes so little to break the brittle plastic handle and I recommend everyone avoid this product until the design flaws and quality issues are addressed with an updated version.
