It was not your mistake and the product that I would not regret for the pathetic box packing and the assembling because both of them your pathetic to the core.Attached is the image for validation. Product is used and is of inferior quality. Plastics seen broken, and I returned it within 24 hours of the delivery.Pro -If you get this product and are able to assemble it, well and good.Cons -Product built quality is poorNo instructions manualThere are scratches which you have to watch out for.Excercise in the pic seems so classy but when you really do that you will realise it's a pain machine because the body postures aren't maintained.

I bought this as a cheaper alternative to a incline/decline bench with the additional benefits of an six pack exerciser.Pros :-1) The back rest can be adjusted at 5 different angles(3 adjustment levels are given).2) The neck rest and the length of the bench can be adjusted at 4 levels.3) The seat only twists from side to side. It can also be made stationery by tightening a screw below it. There is no height adjustment in the seat. It is not really needed.4) It can be used for front leg curls. The elastic ropes can be adjusted at 3 different levels but they are not tough enough. It can also be bolted down so it does not move.5) The ropes for the hands are longer, haven't really tried them.6) (2x3) springs are provided for tension in the back rest. They are strong too.The hand straps are longer. I haven't exercised yet.Cons1) The material is cheap aluminium and is welded. It is shiny enough now.It is better than I expected. I had low expectations.Go for it

Firstly as I received it I was so happy with the packing. It came in a good packing easy to handle and again we can pack and easily store or move anywhere.Second usage, the usage was so easy and very good for beginners also.Being in a city, in our busy lives we hardly get time for excercise and workout.This is a must in any home for Easy excercise and workout.Lastly I would say that they quality is so good and best in this range.. it's so nice and worth for money we invest not even a few months of gym membership and lifetime we can have this in our home.Overall very impressive product. Loved it.

Six packs abs exerciser is really well designed. It's working well for me. Generally in other sit-up benches I was having pain in my back but this one is working perfectly well. Pressure comes on abs which is important. There are many modes and can be used for other muscle development too. A good buy portable and easy to handle. Must have for fitness lovers
