The directions were in 4 different languages none of them English!!!! How in Hedoublehockey sticks can you expect anyone to understand the directions when they are in a foreign language!!!!!!!

This item is low quality and will break easily. I bought to replace one from bed bath and beyond which was same cost higher quality

You know if this wasn't plastic it would be the best freaking item ever but because it's plastic and as soon as you try to push it the metal rods turn and starts uncoil on you it's sad. You guys don't seem to understand that there are people out there that's been their last little bit of money that they have for their selves not for their family before their selves to make their lives easier and you guys just make it worse

Don’t waste your money on this broom. It does not work. It does not pick up any trash. It does not work on carpet. It does not rotate 180 degrees like it mentioned in the advertisements.

I bought this to clean my floors and area rugs, it doe not work on rugs. I guess now I need a vacuum, which should bought one the first place.

So this is the honest review you will ever find about this product.First of all, it works just fine. Now let's be clear. If you're hoping to buy this and use it on carpet forget it. This don't work on carpets, rugs or mats, this is a hard flooring, vinyl and title but not carpets. The seller fails on let this clear but I mean it is pretty obvious from christ sake.If you have carpet and rugs and are giving one star and complaining cause it didn't work for you. Well don't be surprised since you shoot yourself on the feet.Now let's move about functionality, it works just like a roomba, manual obviously but like any romba or irobot, you must create some type of pressure to make the wheels touch the floor and spin but nothing crazy just regular pushing pressure. It works and cleans everything on its way.Material. Well is plastic, light and as strong as plastic could be. Don't spect to nail shingles on your roof with it. The handle stick in the other hand is metal very easy to use.Cleaning and maintenance, all you have to do is open the back door over your trash can and bam is ready for round 2, you can remove the brushes and clean all the hair as well.So with all and all. It works just fine, it requires nothing but your own effort and desire to clean the floor, simple cleaning and easy assemble.I almost pass on the opportunity to buy this cause of the bad reviews. Luckily I went with my instincts and so far I am pretty happy with it.
