GACE History 034, 035 Teacher Certification Test Prep Study Guide (XAMonline Teacher Certification Study Guides)

I passed my GACE. A great tool, but don’t rely only on this product. Good information.

This study guide is filled with valuable information about US History. It breaks it down by learning standards and has important information in bold. There is also a practice exam in the back to help you see how you would do if you were taking the actual test.

This was the WORST study guide EVER written in the history of study guides. Whole sections copied and pasted multiple times.....grammatical errors......incomplete information...... The AP Exam study guide at the high school I work for prepared me more........

I recently took the History GACE on 7/15/13. This did not prepare me at all. I studied for over month.

There were a lot of typos in the book, but as long as you have a rudimentary knowledge of History, this will be a big help for more details. I used this book, and some old textbooks and I passed at the Professional Level.

This is a ripoff book from AP U.S. History and AP World History books. Unfortunately, it is made poorly. Do yourself a favor. Buy or checkout from local library the AP U.S. and World History books. If you can study for that level of history, you will have no problem with the GACE. This book has so many errors and is too simple. Worst study book ever.

The other writers summed up the book's problems nicely. Please do not waste your money on this book! The typos alone will drive you insane. Read the standards you need to know to pass the test here: [...] Research the standards and you should be OK. Cast your vote by not purchasing this horrible book. Let's get this thing out of print!
