A tiny treasure!
I am so in love with this dear little deck. I love the size and the colors, it's easy to hold and easy to shuffle. I love the design on the card backs. It comes in an adorable little box with a magnet closure that holds the tiny enclosed book on one side and the cards on the other. For the most part, the cards fit obviously into the RWS system, with a few exceptions. For example, the two of wands shows two horizontal wands seeming to strike a man whose head is removed from his body, and the two of pentacles appears to be a man blowing two pentacle-like bubbles from a bubble pipe. The 5 of pentacles shows a toothy alligator-like creature; these don't really speak to me. But I absolutely love the Judgment card. It depicts a colorful butterfly holding a key, which to me symbolizes being freed and rising up and flying off to a new life. The six of cups shows someone daydreaming by what I believe is a wishing well with a cloud above as if to suggest "head in the clouds," possibly reminiscing about the past. There is a little paper "Fortune Telling Mat" with a four-card spread on one side and instructions on the other. The spread is a good, simple spread to start with, and I like the way the author says you can either think of a specific issue or else just shuffle quietly and the Tarot will suggest an issue to explore. There is also a tiny book included with brief card meanings given for each card. I can't say I agree with all of them; for example, for the two of swords, which is often about indecision, the book says "Tensions begin to mellow. Help is on the way. Slow down and relax- you're entering a leisurely phase. Make yourself available to others, but don't spread yourself too thin." The Three of swords, often about heartache and loss, begins by saying "You misinterpret another's intentions..." That isn't always so, so these can be a bit confusing if you're used to more traditional RWS interpretations. However, as either a starting place for a beginner, or just as extra food for thought for a more experienced reader, they're fine. The author also encourages you to simply use the artwork as a springboard for your own interpretations.I was surprised to find myself really loving the simplicity of the card images. I thought I would find them too limiting, However, I am finding just the opposite! The images suggest the essence of the card meaning, the "kernel" or main energy of the card (with a few odd exceptions as I've mentioned), but their simplicity leaves them open to my own intuition. Sometimes when a Tarot card is overly ornate or has a lot of symbolism, it can actually be harder to apply to a given situation without sensing that some aspects of the card don't "fit." These tiny cards with their colorful central images on a black background really spark the imagination and I've been surprised how easy they are to interpret, even without reference to the little book. I find it easy to give them my own personalized meanings.Sometimes I want to do a quick reading for myself but my usual go-to decks seem too "heavy." When I don't want to do a deep analysis of the cards, and just want an answer to a quick question, this will be my go-to deck. The size makes it possible to carry anywhere, either in the included magnetized box or some other box or bag. I love it!

I ABSOLUTELY love love these cards!!!!
It seems like there's a mix up in the reviews between these tarot cards and the very miniature, postage stamp-sized cards from the same manufacturer.I have the cards which cost approximately $8. These cards are roughly 3 inches by 3 inches in size, and fit snugly in my palm. It's great! The card paper quality is of good quality and has a nice thickness to it. They're very easy to shuffle. The images on the cards are beautiful and clear. The colors on the cards have a great contrast and the pictures themselves are simple but not overly simplistic. The cards came in an unopened box and no cards were missing. (I feel compelled to make this point some another reviewer stated they had missing cards.) In addition to the cards, the box also contained a small book to help interpret the tarot cards. The booklet is clear, easy to understand. Additionally, there's a nice spot within the box to keep the book in so everything stays all together.Overall, I'm so very happy that I ordered these cards. They're beautiful and are of fantastic quality. I can't speak more highly of them!! :)

Portable!
My first deck as a teenager, I’ve bought this set twice and once with a mini(er) deck inside a bookmark. The first one I let someone borrow and they never gave it back. The second one I gave to someone else. This one I’m keeping for myself. I really like how small it is and fits in my hands perfectly. I like the manner the author has set up the meanings of the cards as well. I enjoy that the symbolism leads you to be introspective instead of fortune-telling like most people associate with card reading. This is a perfect deck for a beginner as it’s very easy to understand but also a great deck to bust out for parties/gatherings.

I'm enchanted!
I just unboxed my Deck and I'm absolutely enchanted. It comes in a nifty little box that unfolds to the LAB, (except that the cover is the same as the card backs), glued to one side, and the cards in a box attached to the other end. If possible, I'll attach a photo. Time will tell how this holds up. I hope it will, as its a great size for carrying around. The cards themselves are glossy and are not sticking together out of the box. I find the artwork charming without being fluffy. There are no borders per se, although the corners are color coded, in a way that enhances the pictures. The guidebook is very small, of course, but there is one page devoted to each card, and the few I've looked at so far seem quite good. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because 2 of the cards on top has side creases in spite of being shrunk wrapped, and the front of the card box has a long crease where the plastic front joins the box. However, all in all, this is a terrific buy, and im looking forward to working with this Deck.

Small But Lovely Deck
Just received this deck today. What a wonderful surprise. I was careful not to order the tiny, postage stamp size for $5.99. Thanks to your reviews, I knew I could never work with anything so tiny. Instead I ordered the $8.99 version. The cards are 3 long by 2 wide, perfectly lovely for a travel/meditation deck. The hard-covered book that accompanies the deck fits snugly into the surprisingly stylish little box along with the cards. This serves as a lovely collectors deck. I would not recommend it for new readers. Although some of the cards are in line with traditional images of "learner's decks" many are not. The Chariot depicts a man doing tricks on a bike, The Magician is represented by a rabbit. The Emperor is an ornate cowboy boot with a face. Etc. Although these are great, imaginative images, if you're doing readings they may not evoke the powerful results you're committed to.Whimsical. Colorful. Lovely. Ya gotta love this deck.
