I lobe them im a size 18 in jeans so I ordered them in 3xl they fit perfect. I use them when doing cardio walks looking to lose inches in my thigh area im sure they will be perfect. They Sauna sweat effect is instant but not hot at all.

I was really excited to receive this product. The material is thick, seems well made and comfy, and that’s hard to find in workout apparel.The only downside is... they’re short. Wayyyyy shorter than pictured. They fit comfortably (even a little loose, which I like in a workout pant) on my legs, thighs, and hips, but stop there. They definitely do not touch my stomach, much less rise to navel height as shown in the image. I was hoping for something a little more high-waisted for my workouts.For reference, I’m 5’9” and 180 pounds, ordered the 3XL hoping for a loose fit. I have no doubt these are great for shorter gals, but taller chicks with longer torsos should steer clear.

I’m a size 4 and I ordered a small. It was fitted and has a stretch. I think it fits perfectly but if you’re concerned about the hip area then it might be a good idea to order a medium. I like that it has a pocket for a phone. I sit in the library with these cause it’s freezing in there and these pants keep me warm. When I work out they make me sweat but circulate the heat out. They look really good with that design and no obvious logo visible on the pants. Overall they’re worth the 5 stars

I have used these pants only three times during my workouts but can already see the physical difference in my body. I am trying to drop some baby weight from having our son in May and am so happy to have found these pants to enhance my weight loss!

I have had my Neoprene pants for one week now. After reading the reviews, I ordered an XXL, but I probably should have just got the XL. However, I still love them and they still do the job! I am only 5'2" and wear a size 12 jeans. They are a bit baggy in the front, so when I order my next pair (I definitely want more than one pair), I will get the XL. Ok - as far as how they do: I normally don't sweat too much, even when I do a hard workout. Since I turned 40 a few years ago, I've had a very hard time losing weight; I work out several times a week, watch what I eat and drink a ton of water. After many tests with my doctor (checking my thyroid and such), he concluded that I must have zero metabolism - all tests came back normal. So, last Sunday, I weighed and took my measurements (chest, waist, thigh, calves)....I wore my neoprene pants everyday during my Piyo workouts and YES, I DID SWEAT!!! Today was one week, so I weighed and measured again. I lost 2 lbs and a total of 3"!! LOVE THESE PANTS!!!

Yes it will make you sweat, yes people can hear you when you walk in them, and yes they are hot specially if you like going into the sauna. But if you complain like that do you even exercise right?. These pants are awesome!! Just wear other pants on top of them and you'll be ok.i got 3xl 5'6 240lb alittle short but still come on, I wear a Jean size 18.

These are probably the best thermo pants I've tried so far (and I tried quite a few brands and styles). I love the thickness of the material as many thermo pants I've tried are not thick enough and thus, don't really make you sweat unless you're working out really hard. These pants create the best sauna effect. The grey stitching on the black fabrics looks stylish. I also love the side pocket for keys and little things (super convenient). The only downside - they run a bit small. So go one size up.

The material is nice and thick. It was easy to get on and It started working right away! The inside is yellow. I do wish it had a high waist but I put my waist trainer on top and it stayed in place. I absolutely love the pocket! This is true to size I measured my self and ordered accordingly.
