My 5 star is for Amazon and Art to Real customer service. Unfortunately, the box was seriously damaged in shipping so I sent it back. Didn't open box as I would not have been able to put box back together for return. I'm sure I would have loved the item as it was just what I was looking for. Anyway, Amazon and Art to Real kept me updated on the return process, even checking in to see if I was satisfied. I understand these things happen sometimes in shipping so no problem for me.

I love this chair! What I love the most is that you can see through it. Not like the over-woven design ones. (which I also have three of LOL) This is super comfortable because of the plastic sleeves that cover the metal rods, almost "soft". I used another pad from another hanging chair that I had just because the blue or orange don't match. I may just make a cover for the pad that comes with the chair because it is SUPER comfortable! Very easy to assemble, only 11 screws! (hint: start at the middle rod and the alternate to each side of that rod and don't screw them in tight until you have them all inserted) I assembled it in less than 20 minutes! I also tightened all of the pre-assembled bolts as well.

Good price but packaging causes parts to fall out and had to request multiple replacement parts. Mfg was great about reshipping them. Didn’t go together perfectly but it is all finally put together!

I bought this chair im only 135 bl and its lag brokeNow i can't even use it. It is sitting there for nothing.
