Not only have learned a lot about the body's lymphatic system, I have also enjoyed how relaxed I feel after using the cups in the bathtub. I simply use the soapy water with a drop or two of oil to make my skin slippery enough for cupping. I also watched a couple videos on youtube to make sure I was doing the procedure properly. It's quite simple really, but only effective you are diligent in practicing it daily. Over the last 4 months I've noticed a decrease in spider veins and a diminished look to my cellulite. Of course, I haven't been as diligent as I just recommended. Guilty as charged. I don't have a good excuse other than I prefer showers to baths, but effective cupping is easier to perform when bathing. I may have to change up my routine with a short bath followed by my regular shower. I do recommend these cups for their quality and great price. But make sure you have the time. Mind you, you are not restricted to using these cups only while bathing. You can also use massage oil and enjoy the effects. If you have a significant other (or a close gal or guy pal who is willing to lend a hand =]), then you may enjoy even better results.

This is seriously the Best beauty product I have ever bought EVER...This has almost totally reversed my cellulite BUT it took about 10 months and for the first two I would cup my legs (in the bath with soap) for like 30 min a night... I have also gotten rid of the cellulite on my biceps... If you are willing to put in the time and deal with the discomfort which greatly improves as the cellulite goes away the results are AMAZING.. I will say as far as the pain goes the areas that are the worst with cellulite are the coldest to the touch and most painful. I no longer have cold spots on my legs in fact that was one of the markers I used to know where to cup the most...Stop eating crap start cupping (don't give up cellulite will look way worse before it improves) This has taught me that cellulite has little to do with weight and most to do with elasticity... BTW I have been busy for the last two months and have not cupped much my results have not changed they are permanent... Google Septae cellulite...this is why you have cellulite

i do like it. i wish it had an even smaller cup. I will say, i did notice that with the smallest cup, i felt it give after a few uses (as if the plastic was about to crack) but it didn't. It still continued to work however.

Sure helps with pain this is the only way to separate your skin from your muscles and that in turn releases nitrogen which helps you I highly recommend these I've had them for a while
