Strong hold without becoming stiff
My husband has been buying this product for a long time. A little goes a long way, so it lasts for a while. The cream is sticky and tacky, and catches flyaways easily. It has a firm but “soft” hold that isn’t hard and stiff like hairspray. Once you use it, you have to avoid touching it more as it sets or you’ll mess up your hairstyle. I use this for the baby hairs around my face that are affected by a strong cowlick. The cream isn’t strong enough to hold the baby hairs for more than an hour or two, but works much better than hairspray. If I put more on it could hold better, but if you put tons on then it will start to look a greasy. If you need the strongest product, look elsewhere. If you’re looking for a product that has a good hold without getting stiff and shiny, this is a great one.

A great hair styling item!
I'm so glad to have found this hair pomade on Amazon. I changed hairdressers and felt uncomfortable going to the previous place where I purchased this item. I've a Pixie and a little bit goes a long way. It's not greasy and a very light scent.

I love this stuff!!
First of all, it smells Devine!!! Sadly, the scent doesn’t linger. I love it because it works great on short hair, and hair that doesn’t stay in a high( at the crown of your head ponytail. I’m growing out a short hair cut. It a little past the nape of my neck. It’s actually long enough to put into a ponytail, But some of the shorter hairs will not stay put. The best way to use this is to put a very small amount in the palm of your hand and then rub them together. As my aide is doing my ponytail into position, she uses this cream under my the hair on the back of my head. This cream holds my hair in place all day. I also used it when my hair was short. I used it the same way. I would run it up the back of my head, to position my hair to look poofy. I also used it to “piece” out the rest of my hair. It keeps my hair soft, and not crunchy/crispy like gel. I highly recommend this styling cream. I’ve used it for at least 20 years.

Good Hair Creme but I like the pink on more
I have been a big fan of the D:fi D:Sculpt High Hold which is the high hold variant and thought I would try the medium to see if I like it more. Texture: Product is a cream, white in color with the consistency of pudding. Performance: No complaints, hold is sufficient, matte look, no clumping issues. Fragrance: I can't help but think it smells like Pineapple with maybe a hint of coconut. It's certainly not displeasing but not my favorite. I can't give it 5* as I think their D:fi D:Sculpt is better, it has a more masculine fragrance and the consistency is more inline with the American Crew fiber which I feel like makes the product last longer as it is so easy to use less. Make sure you apply with dry hands/dryish hair, the stuff seems to hate wet hands/hair.

Great matte finish, holds firmly, very moldable
I've been using the Joe's wax for a while now and I love it but I figured it wouldn't hurt to try something new. after tons of research on Amazon, I came across this gem. I've got a lot of thick, straight black hair. The typical celebrity asian hair you see where it's either spiked or really long and the guys look like girls. Well I gotta tell you, this is a great creme (I actually thought it was a wax when I first got it so I was a little surprised) but it worked just as well. I use about a nickel's size for this while my wax only required a dime's size. Still works really well, mainly on dry or very very lightly damp hair. It's easy to mold your hair to whatever you want and it keeps its shape. I have a bad habit of constantly brushing my hair with my fingers throughout the day and it actually continues to keep its hold. The only downside is that if you do brush your hair with your fingers like I do, the creme will actually maintain the last position of your hair as you brushed it. So while it's not thick to go through, it can actually make you look crazy towards your co-workers. You'll become the guy with crazy hair. So watch out for that. Overall, I'm really happy with it and I can easily recommend it to anyone. Next time, I'm going to get the bigger jar and save me some money.

Perfect for short hair
This is perfect for short hair. You'll want to use about the size of a dime, tub between your hands to heat activate prior to putting in hair. This holds your hair though wind, rain etc..you can run your fingers through your hair, product is great.

Best product ever for short hair!
Hands down the best pomade for my short hair! You don't have to use a lot which makes it last longer. I usually order one every 6 months. Love!

best gel ive ever used. My hair dresser recommended it. It smells like pineapple. But not too strong smelling. Holds great. lasts forever. Does pretty good in the rain. and works great for any sort of spiked look, or comb over. highly recommend. and worth the price!
