I was very hesitant to order this because of the price. How could it possibly be decent? The plumber saw the box and asked if I was sure that I wanted to put "that" inside my walls? Well after unwrapping the pieces and feeling the quality of the pieces the plumber became impressed. This is amazing! It is for our hall bath so I thought that since it will not be used that often for the price I would give it a try. This is higher quality than the "high end" products that I spent over $2000 for in the master bath. I liked this rain head so much that I switched this one for the high end one in the master. The pieces are solid and the inner parts are brass. During and after installation the plumber wanted the information on how to purchase. He did state that he was surprised and impressed with the quality and was going to purchase in the future. He could not believe how much it cost. The plumber did have to change a couple of fittings but they were included in the box. If you are on the fence I would give this a try. It is truly impressive and beautiful. Fills up the tub in just a few minutes and is very easy to clean. We have been using it now for over a month and have nothing but great things to say about this shower system. The control is on the end that you can't see because I don't like to get wet when I turn on the shower.

I love it, but the switcher is very confusing. Hard to see what you are turning to.

I ordered 2 sets of shower kit because the brand is Russian quality. The shower kits are solid and in luxury line. The company sent me extra plumbing connectors to install because it is Russian standard . It was easy to install . I asked them for 4 extra valves in case they discontinue the product, and they sent them to me after few weeks for free. It is very easy to contact this company back and forth. They really stand behind their products and doing a serious business here on Amazon. Thank you Gappo.
