This is an amazing workbook! Everything I wanted - it is designed for adults to practice their cursive writing. The quotes are truly inspiring from amazing individuals. I look forward to reading and practicing with every quote - if I could only write like our founding fathers. Big thank you!

Excellent workbook to use this year for homeschooling!

The book is decent handwriting practice, I'll give it that. I don't find these quotes at all inspiring inspiring, however, and it annoys me that this book was marketed that way. It's Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln talking about their Christian, Eurocentric, Nationalist worldviews all the way through, with a little token Confucius thrown in. I'm not saying anything negative about the men themselves, just on the choice of quotes for this workbook. Would not recommend.

I was looking for a handwriting book that was a little more modern than the Spencerian course but also not a children's course with doodles or drawings.This book is far from it: It has a section on how to write the letters with no specific instructions, only letters with non-specific arrows, and then the other section is random quotes with lines underneath to repeat the quote as presented. Anyone can do this with little more than a dollar store notebook.Stick to the classics: Go spencerian and don't buy this.
