Do I like it ? Yes. Am I totally convinced it works to activate muscles? The jury is out
I love the fragrance which I describe as unisex. And its a pleasure to use , absorbs into the skin lovely with no sticky residue. I like it because it encourages me to massage my muscles which I think has helped with injury recovery/ prevention. Used before a run I believe it helps a little bit, only a tiny bit. But the only time I get a warming sensation is if applied immediately after a bath and thats not when you really want to activate your muscles is it? I'm not totally convinced it has the properties it claims but I just enjoy it as a nice massage cream thst has the added bonus if magnesium so I've bought this several times.

A Great muscle activating rub, which is fantastically design and well thought out.
This muscle activating rub is fantastic! My son suffers with tight muscles in his legs, so I bought the muscle activating rub to rub on his leg muscles before his rugby training and his other sports. He has noticed a huge difference since he has been using it. The rub seem to vigorate his muscle by releasing a lovely warmth and great smell to get him started. He has really noticed a difference in his muscles, where the rub has helped loosen his muscles and improved his performance. I love the fact the product has not been tested on animals and they have used essential oils and natural products, you can really tell a lot of thought has gone it the product. It's great being able to purchase a great product for sports people.

This really works
Quite expensive but it is very effective in warming muscle prior to exercise and reducing pain due to an injury. I have bought several tubes both for myself and my wife who like me has lower back pain. This is very good for application prior to stretching.

Highly recommend this Muscle activating Rub
Going out for a run in January is always a challenge but this muscle activating rub gives you a great boost. Pleasant aroma with a bit of a zing.As a committed vegan the fact that there are no animal products and not tested on animals really matter to me.Highly recommended
