When it first came I was so excited because I had used the same chair in the past. However the instructions they sent had different parts and screws that weren’t long enough to attach the chair to its base. There was obviously something missing in the parts. Consequently, I sent it back and was afraid to re-order because of the experience that I had with this particular chair assembly. At first I thought it was just me miss reading or misunderstanding the instructions but after three different people tried to help me put it together I decided to send that thing back.

My original order arrived with the hydraulic fluid released onto remaining chair parts and box. New chair delivered and the hassle of new payment and reimbursement, not a joy, but needed chair !!!!! So new chair arrived and chair delivered without pin to secure base attachment. Found it easier to go to hardware store then to contact amazon for a part delivery. Glad its done and over with...…..

Got this for tattooing. Great quality, easy to assemble. Love it! (No I do not Tattoo in my shed, just where I assembled the chair)

I’m used to heavier chairs But is good enoughVery difficult directions, but the great friendly support gets you thru. The release bar is on the right side instead of left, I didnt realize that( my fault)

I had a chair that didn’t have some working parts. I contacted this company and they sent me a new chair within 24 hours and it was much better and works wonderfully. They handled this very well keeping in touch with me until they knew I was happy. I would buy another chair from them for sure. I’m a happy customer😊thank you

This was a great product for the price, assembly was easy and only took about a 1/2 hour.

After waiting for super long time to receive the chair the base was not matching the chair and we could not assemble it:((
