Alarm Lock DL2800 US26D Trilogy Digital Lock Cylindrical 26D, Satin Chrome

I do love Alarm Locks / Trilogy Locks. They honestly are a little hard to install but once they are installed they are the best quality out there!I will say programming them can also be a change but I called the company (or do anytime I have problems) and they just walk me through the setup / programming.I had problems with my first 1300 about 6 months after getting it. I called the company and they sent me a new one and haven’t had a problem since. Had for 1/2 years.My 2800 has worked great; thus far. Had for 6/7 months.I just ordered a 2700.All for exterior doors and we live in a colder area.Like I said they can be tricky to install / program but best bang for your buck! I wouldn’t go with anything else!

I bought this as a replacement for another Alarm Lock that didn't survive a cup of coffee being dumped on it. The install was pretty easy, and it is more quiet in operation than the one it replaced. The seller (Security Hardware) was awesome and shipped it super fast - I emailed them as I was in a hurry to get it and they responded right away with tracking info that showed it was way ahead of schedule. Fantastic seller - highly recommended.

Although I have three degrees in Science, I found that the programming instructions on the Alarm Lock DL2800 to be very confusing.

Works great. Easy for locksmith to install and easy enough to add in new codes. Would be nice if it came with the wire to connect to laptop to transfer data.... Definitely recommend.

Don't buy from this seller. I purchased this lock, had a professional locksmith install it months later, he told after it was installed that me the lock was manufactured in 2009. The lock is not programmable. The A key sticks. It will not allow you to reset it. It's just a mess. I've had several people try to program it using the automatic update software and cords. Nothing is working. I spent hard earned money for this lock for my business and now not able to return it or fix it. We've tried to reset it, replace the batteries and it is slow and unresponsive.

We bought this model so we could use the scheduling options on the front door of a business. It was installed by a locksmith and we added the RR-Trilogy remote release and manually programmed it. It is very easy to use and program with about 25 codes and everyone prefers it to using a key.We did one have one issue programming where it would not allow codes that begin with 9. Not sure if this is a feature or a bug but I didn't see anything about this in any of the reference materials.

I needed this lock because it has time schduale, my customer need to shut the lock between certain times at night.I was able to program the lock to perform all time issues.And the price was much cheaper than all lock distributors.Amazing deal from Amazon
